Large room, nice view, very good location.

The service sometime is not at the right level.

Breakfast was good, Tasi grill bar was great. The room was spacious and clean, as I’d expected. The view was also great, make sure you have to book ‘oceanfront’ if you want a full ocean view. It was a little bit confusing when booking the room myself. The pool was the absolute highlight of the hotel, better than Dusit Thani pools for me. (It was also nice we could use many facilities of Dusit Thani) Overall, it was a stay worth the cost. And the cleaning lady was so kind and did a great job maintaining the room, who cleaned the whole 11th floor during my stay. Many thanks to her and feel so sorry that we missed the chance to give her some tips for her great service.

The parking lot was always packed, so we had to go to Dusit Tahni parking space, which is not quite an easy access from Dusit Beach. Also there were some of obnoxious drunken people nearby Tabu tiki bar, not always, but quite often some people were shouting slangs and screaming, and the bar didn’t do anything about it. Also you can’t get really drunken by the cocktails they got there.

Supposed to be we have breakfast but when i go there she said closed i' m so hungry that time and also charges mi 259. Instead 239

I loved the shower and bathtub. I loved the view and nice balcony. My husband and I thought the bed was very comfortable too. We just had a very nice time. I also liked the pool set up and variety. We enjoyed the sunbathing patio and the jacuzzi most of all. :)

Nothing to not like. Everything was amazing :)

Great staff, refurbished rooms, decent food options (especially the beach bar), super central location and great pool/ beach area

The walls were pretty thin so we could hear partying next door pretty loudly (but reception sorted it when we complained), the balcony was v small (I’d stay somewhere else if sitting out on the balcony is your thing) and some of the communal areas look pretty tired and could do with some more love/ cleaning (especially the beach bed mattresses)

Location is great, love that it's right on the beach.

Rooms were dated a bit, bedding was noisy as odd as that sounds. The pillow made so much noise every time it was moved that it was distracting from sleep. There was no clock, iron, or do not disturb sign in one side of our room but our connecting room had all of that. Pool signs say it opened at 7am, it does not. Pools are smaller than they appear in photos.

Spacious and affordable

My room lights keep flickering on and off. I noticed the front desk and they did not try to fix the issue. I also left an item at the front desk to be stored in the freezer and when I got it back it was ruined and melted.

Room was clean and the view was nice

Even at the coldest temperature and highest fan speed, the AC was really weak. This was the second time I have stayed at this hotel this year and the previous room was also warm. A friend who was also staying a few rooms down also had AC issues. In addition to the AC issue, the automatic window blinds would not close. when maintenance came to look at it, he just said it’s something he would need to look into but no other accommodation was provided. We had to wake up to the sun as the curtains were sheer.

that lost and found was not sorted correctly. Staff had trouble reaching people to find out information that I was inquiring about.
