Housekeeping staff preeti was really good. Others were not that good.

Location was really poor, customer service was really slow.

Nothing No cleanliness Housekeeping was not taken care of Bath tub was so untidy There was some sort of morgue smell on the floor 11th

Tha Staff Mr Priyam Sharma had used abbussive language n hit me. Mr Puneet Chaudhry THE GM OF THAT PROPERTY was least bothered

Great personel. Good services.

Older hotel. Many things outside falling apart. Room would deserve a refurbishment, but not that tragic. :) Additional services at a more expensive side.

Very very lazy staff

I paid hotel bill by cash but the staff has refuse and asked he didn’t collected .. after checking the CCTV cameras truth will see and then asking sorry ……. They think customer is fool

I used to come to this hotel a long time ago.. but since the beginning of Corona, I only came this time, before The breakfast was varied, but now they did not offer cheese, so I had to ask for it :(, and it was had delicious additions such as Nutella chocolate and nuts, but it is no longer available.. I did not like it

extremely bad staff behaviour, Checkin and checkout process is horrible. front desk person took 1hr.
