Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet und wirklich sehr sauber und gemütlich.

Leider kam aus der Lüftung im Bad Zigarettengeruch. Ich selber als Raucher habe es nicht gerochen aber meine Partnerin hat eine sehr gute Nase. Wer Samstag auf Sonntag bucht sollte wissen das unter dem Appartment eine Bar ist wo bis 3 Uhr Nachts sehr laute Musik gespielt wird und man diese auch im Zimmer hört. Also nichts für Menschen mit leichtem Schlaf. Aber wer schläft am Wochenende schon vor 3 Uhr :-)

It's convenient for a short stay and the connection with Köln is not bad (you only need to walk a bit and take a train).

The apartment was huge, but the space wasn't specially well used. The bathroom was okay, but the pressure of the water of the sink was around zero (it was even more comfortable to brush my teeth and wash my face in the kitchen :/). The owners should clean and disconnect the fridge and leave it open while nobody is there, because it smelled really really weird. Mopping the floor would be also nice...

i realise this is budget stay option but there were issues that could have been better handled. Check in was issue. The office was closed when I arrived Sunday and getting in touch was a problem (they assume you can call an hr before arrival but this assumes 1-a cell that makes foreign calls; and 2-a stable network that allows ws. Neither was valid in my case. As it turns out, keys were left with bar next store. Why they could not have messaged me this the night or week before is beyond me! Bathroom is so poorly lit, you will need a torch to find your way around. Woken at 630 by noise from the business behind apartments who were loading vans or something - possibly smuggling renegade marching band drummers across Europe given how much noise they made!
