Limpo, cama confortável e renovado e o segurança foi impecável.
Pequeno almoço, e apesar de falar que as paredes são de insonoração mas consegui ouvir os carros e motas na estrada tanto que aquela estrada é uma estrada principal então o fluxo de tráfico e elevado.

The hotel is very nice in a good location only 15 minutes walk to the beach. There are also many shops and restaurants nearby. The room is very nice and spacious and offers everything necessary for a stay. Breakfast buffet is Indonesian style, and if you want, they can also make you an omelette or fried eggs. I didn't use the pool but it looked nice and clean.
The windows in the room do not seal very well and as a result you can hear all the noise from the road at night, which is annoying.

Only stayed one night after arriving from the airport late a night and left early in the morning , cannot really judge the hotel frankly , staff was nice , breakfast was ok .
Pool a little small , overall could maybe be a little cleaner , but nothing major , still a good place to stay for the price.

Location is very good - a 15 minute walk to the main beach. The staff is friendly. A good place to stay for a night or two.
The room smelled a bit like mold. There was no kettle and a safe in the room.

Good bed and great location.
Cleanliness room and breakfast item. Nothing great about breakfast and futhermore the staff in the front office seem like not welcoming the guest properly.

Location was great, short ride from airport after long travel and late arrival. Easy to walk around local shops/markets. Pool looked clean and refreshing. Friendly staff
Unfortunately it wasn’t like the pictures. Our room was quite rundown and in need of repairs and a deep clean. Bathroom was quite unclean with mould and scale buildup all over shower and sink. Toilet seat was stained brown and didn’t flush properly.

Comfortable bed, free toiletries, free tea, coffee and water, very clean, hot shower, swimming pool was nice and free to use and helpful staff.
Slightly far from the beach and the pool toilets were in need of a refurbishment.

The place is sooo good. We book 2 nights end up staying longer. The room is spacious.The bed is like a sleeping pill. It's big and comfy and make you feel so relax and fall asleep so easy. Bathroom, balcony view over the pool. Breakfast at a very good price. Warm pool. Opposite had a local restaurant. We rent a scooter closer by to the hotel. Not far from kuta beach. Staffs are friendly. Laundry service available.

Lovely staff!!
Room perfectly cleaned every day. Amazing breakfast buffet and beautiful pool. The restaurant food was also delicious and with an incredible service. We stayed for a week and loved everything about the hotel.
They have such a great team and they do a really good job.
We’ll be back for sure!

Although the pandemic isn’t over yet, the hotel is still well maintained.
The staff could be added anyway. There is no any security in charge as long as I stayed. One reception works on her own. The front desk was empty for a few minutes and make the service delayed.

The room in the second floor little bit smaller than the first. Maybe because I booked the deluxe room. No shampoo available in the room till you ask them. The balcony not useful at all. The room looks dirty also.
