Overall a pretty good experience for the cost. Breakfast food and service OK, beverage selection not so good......after 3 days breakfast became same same, boring Gym was OK, small and very quiet which was good for me.

My room/bathroom was not so clean, constant water leaking from hose and daily cleaning average at best, towels not changed daily and nowhere to dry so became smelly very quickly. Swimming pool very cold as no sun......I only use 2 times in 8 days.

Overall the property was located in Main Street and close to the Airport. Easy access to other places.

Dont be fooled by 4 stars and pictures, would give -4 if i could. Save yourself the trauma. Perfect place if youre not planning to sleep because you wont be able to sleep here from the itchiness of the bed bugs. Our first room had it, we moved room and had it again, checked another room they had till they upgraded us to their junior suite which also had bed bugs. Our skin was left rashy, itcy and we have bite marks over. When we first noticed the bed bugs, we called for an hour with no answer so went down to reception at 4am only to find the receptionist asleep on a lobby couch with the whole reception desk left unattended with keys to everyone room and peoples personal information which makes you now fear the safety as a guest. No remorse or sorry for the bed bugs, they expressed to us that this is a normal event on the 2nd and 3rd floor and said 5th floor doesnt have it, although it does aswell in mulitple rooms as we were still getting bitten all nights by the bed bugs and could see the bugs droppings and bites all over us. Aircorn broken, room was at 30c for 2 days, we didnt want to complain and be a nuissance but the standards were getting worse when it was effectimg our health and safety. Every room here is filthy, there are peoples pubic hairs and clumps of hair everywhere, clumps on hairs in drains and sinks, poop stains on towels, sheets, matress covered in bodily fluids, cockroaches running everywhere. Junior suite was the exact same, even had someone elses poop smeared all on the toilet bowl, we asked them to clean it and they cleaned it with a bath towel and then offered us a clean one with the same uncleaned hands, which makes you wonder what goes on with this bath towels and the hygiene of this hotel. All showers flood due to other peoples clumps of hairs. Breakfast is included, go to it if you cant find constipation medicine because the breakfast gave us food poisining every time we had it.

Se escucha todo desde las piezas. Escuchábamos muy de cerca a la gente de la habitación de al lado, lo mismo con la gente que estaba en el pasillo.

Es liegt direkt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße, die extrem laut ist. Das Badezimmer war sauber aber etwas heruntergekommen.

Our room was extremely hot. It was cooler outside than in our room.

Good location. It is close to many food outlets. Near to 2 huge outlets selling souvenirs and local produce. It is convenient to purchase just before one flight home. Very accommodating staff. Good spread of breakfast.

Housekeeping took forever to clean and make up the room. We called the staff at 4 pm to just change our towels instead.

Lovely interior, pool by the restaurant. Convenient location, 10-15 mins drive from the airport. Really friendly staff. Staff always strived to meet all requests. Kuta is a great base to explore the rest of the island from. Well served by local car and motorcycle taxis (use the Grab app, much cheaper and easier to book car/motorcycle taxis).

Breakfast offerings/choice for a 4 star place very limited. This is the one you could improve a lot in when comparing yourselves to international competitors.

Less veg options in the buffet.please add some veg items in the buffet with a change in menu every day. During our stay the menu was repetitive.

Very nice 4-star hotel close to the airport. From the pool and our room you could not hear anything from the noisy road. Very chill pool and restaurant area. Great restaurant with lovely food. Very great value for money, pool towels was free. Water in the room, great and nice room service everyday. An ideal hotel to stay if you are going to the airport and still wants luxury

The breakfast needed a lot. No toaster for the bread. Maybe some yoghurt. Everything else was really great. The pool area could use a bit more chairs as it is a quite large hotel

The staffs were extremely helpful & accommodated our every requests. The rooms were clean and tidy. breakfast selection was exceptional.

It is a fantastic value for the price I paid. The room was a bit smaller than I expected, but very clean, and great room for the price I paid. The pool was a great size. The food was reasonable and of great quality. Location-wise is good for my needs at the time of staying (near the airport), and a good choice if you need a room to stay before your flight, or if you arrived late at night. Not near the beach, but you can hop on a grab taxi for about Rp25,000 (1.5 USD) to get to the beach from here.

If you order food delivered to your room, the room service team were not quick enough to remove dirty plates/etc from outside of my room. I was a little concerned it would attract mice/rats or cockroaches.

Spa and spa, front desk and housekeeping staff are nice.

Not much if I’m honest, the bed was comfortable and clean. AC decent. The breakfast buffet was very good with a good selection of Indonesian and western style food.

Pretty much everything. The room was a little outdated, the bed side tables were very weak and nearly coming off the wall, TV was bad with the colours looking strange, Wifi did not work in our room, bathroom door needed a good repaint, shower pressure was way too strong, our main door wouldn’t close properly and i had to get a chair to lift the door closer every-time we wanted to close or open the door. They did offer to fix it but we were only staying one night and wanted to just relax. The pool was in an awkward location, with barely any sun coming in, not enough daybeds and they were quite dirty. I think the worse thing was that the room was very very noisy, we could hear people walking upstairs, chatting in the corridor, the motorway outside and to top it off they played music in the morning in the corridors which was very loud. It’s probably my preference but I think with the hundreds of options you have in Kuta, you can definitely find places for half the price with better quality.
