Proximity to city and surrounds , location

Staff , management, service was very poor And clueless. They bought cold black coffee after 1 hour on ordering to the room , instead of tea which I had ordered. Initially as per communication the airport pickup and drop off shuttle was included in the reservation and when asked that you have to pay extra and didn’t allow it , one of my colleague travelling with me around the same time got a free airport shuttle pick up , initially they said break fast included then they said breakfast is extra , I also took breakfast one day and it was really pathetic, no service provided and cold food provided

Location

The rooms were not up to standard, the shower was dirty and we had to complain in order to be moved to a new refurbished room which still had bedsheets with stains on it. The hotel manager was kind enough to accommodate us

Pub was great and staff were excellent.

The room that I was allocated had mosquitos. I had to change the room to higher floor to avoid that.

Only the location is fine, rest are all bad experinece. Reputed name of Ramada is getting spoiled.

Booked for Pool facing room and provided the opposite one. non operational room, no pest control, tampered sockets, dirty bathroom, requested for an additional socket and till 9.30pm nothing was provided. Called the Duty Manger to the room and complaint....Dirty bed sheets covered under bedspread and had to change at 9.30pm. All the complaints were well informed to the Duty Manger Mr. Sapam and he apologised. Room No. # 104 Not worth for 6k.......German cockroaches all around the room and very bad smell. Requested for a room change at 5pm and never addressed. All together an unsafe room to stay and lessons learned was never occupy the room w/o prior inspection.

Nothing very specific when you have bad experience

No proper toiletries, nor proper functions of toilet/washroom equipment’s, very feeble lights, that too had mal function. Payments taken at check in and asking for same payments during check out. The team working were unprofessional and never known what’s the procedure…it’s absolutely horrible staying in this property

1.Reception took 15-20min to attend me to see my bookings, overall approx 30min I was just waiting for me to get room, it was not heavily crowded there were just 1-2 guests. 2.Wifi never worked, being on a business trip and no wifi has ruined my late night meetings, I’m coming from Singapore and I didn’t had any mobile network also. So I was a lonely sheep in the hotel room. No alternate was also arranged for wifi 3.The room smelled alcoholic as we entered into it and then we requested for a room freshener
