Breakfast spread was good. Room was good. Staff was responsive and friendly.

Room was nice and comfortable.There was quite a bit of traffic out front,but inside was pretty good. Breaks was substantial with fa fair amount of western variety.. staff were all very pleasant. Pool with swim up bar a welcome sight. Thanks everyone for a lovely stay. Would recommend.

The shower is not easy to use because the shower head is not easily adjustable. The aircon was noisy.

Breakfast-very cold and bland for my liking-coffee -not percolated properly! Location-great room- bulb was sticking out of the ceiling, got the smell of smoke from somewhere! Spa-was great

Perfect location, nice staff, comfortable bed. Very cheap compared to other hotels in this area and for that price it’s adequate.

The hotel is rated 5* here on Booking and if you expect that you will be disappointed. It is a 4* hotel technically but I would say expect 3* quality and you will not be disappointed. Breakfast spread is not impressive, same every day and looks like they are using cheapest possible ingredients, like sunflower spread instead of butter. I ended up eating toast with some nice jam and coffee which is not worth the $5 it cost. One day I went to a nearest cafe for breakfast as couldn’t stand the thought of the same breakfast again, even though it was already paid for. The pool looks smaller than expected from photos. Didn’t use it anyway as we were out exploring all day.

Location. We found it very close to the activities we wanted to view. A lovely entrance hall with welcoming staff.

A single lift. Getting refreshments when at the pool was very difficult. Getting the attention of anyone when in the pool area was difficult.

Breakfast was 101%. Variety of food excellent. Staff in diningroom helpful and friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Staff overall excellent. Location of hotel very good. Not first time to stay there and will not be the last.

It is an old fashioned place; Room is clean and comfortable. Shower is clean and big . Bathroom has separate shower and bathtub. Staff is friendly.

In couple of websites it was listed as a 5 star hotel that it is not. It is 4 star Cambodian hotel. Restaurant is fairly reasonable and good; however the breakfast lacks any eggs, bacon or pastries. Most of items are localized. It is necessarily.

Really liked this hotel. Very clean, good sized rooms. Brilliant location close to many restaurants, shops and amenities (e.g. laundry). Close to the river and only 5 minutes walk from Pub Street. Close enough for convenience, far enough away to be quiet.

They have happy hour 2 for the price of 1 between 4pm and 7pm. It seemed more like you had to have 4 drinks to get the offer. It seemed like you couldn't have 1 drink and give the free one to your partner. You both had to buy 1 in order to get a free one. Maybe any confusion needs clarifying. Minor detail, though. I definitely recommend this hotel.

We ordered an early breakfast as we were travelling to Angor Wat early in the morning, but it wasnt ready and then when we did get it, it was a little odd.

Front desk staff were terrible and this hotel is dodgy as hell. Day 1 - we had 2 330 ml bottles of water. Late night we ran out and my 2 year old was crying and needed some water. I call reception and they say I need to head out to buy some. Day 2 - I go to reception asking them if I could make a local call to a doctor. They say, the wait time is 1 hour as the phones were busy. I could clearly see the phones were idle right in front of me. When checking out, they bring our bedsheets out to reception and say they can't clean an 1 inch oil stain (see pics) and as a result we need to pay 20 USD for new bedsheets. I said we ate in the room and my 2 year old child may have spilt a little bit. Surely they can clean this. Their response "they have kids and know how to raise kids that don't spill". I took a photo and they said they won't charge me if I don't take a photo and post a critical review or I can pay 50% in cash and get on with it. Also, for the day trips, they said I should pay by cash so they can get a commission. Finally, they charged me a different amount for airport drop off in comparison to a different guest with whom I checked. Essentially they are looking at looting you once you check in .

Really nice staff and great location. Pool is absolutely lovely and there is a breakfast option available. Rooms were clean and housekeeping were very helpful.

The massage in the spa was like an interrogation, went in relaxed and came out in agony! The rooms are very basic and uncomfortable for a 5 star hotel. Think it's a bit more of a local spot than an international traveler's hotel.
