Room was a nice layout. Comfortable beds and clean sheets. Close to facilities we wanted to use.

Pool was out of use, we’re not informed on check in. Room had carpet lifting which was a bit of a trip hazard. Could do with a thorough decobwebbing inside and out as had a few spiders. No dvd players as advertised also.

Clean and warm. Our check in was very easy and convenient.

Not very accomodating with our request for a late check out.

The apartment was super close to the locations we wanted to visit. It was clean and had all the required things for a self contained unit. I thought the pricing was very reasonable for the size and facilities offered.

I booked a 2 bedroom - one room with queen and one with 2 singles as I was travelling with my 2 children. On arrival the rooms both had queen beds. Disappointing as my children will not share a bed so I had to share with one of them. The WIFI seemed to only work in the bedrooms - not in the living space and was fairly patchy with connection. Not a big deal as we were only using it at night and mostly out and about during the day. The taps / hot water in the shower were not easy to use. The shower had to run with the hot water only running for many many minutes until it turned hot (I could have showered in the time it took to get warm) and it was very difficult to get it to the right temperature - the cold tap could only be turned 1-2 cms or the temperature changed from too hot to freezing cold. It may have just been that room and the rest in the complex were fine but my 14 and 11 year olds could not navigate it to the correct temperature and I felt very environmentally unfriendly with the amount of water that was wasted waiting for the hot water to come through the pipes. Again not a deal breaker but could certainly benefit from maintenance.

The location was just right. Nice to be close to the central hub but have the nature around you. Liked the rooms weren’t overdone so you could bring children here and not worry they would drop or hurt anything. The kitchen facilities mean you can make breakfast or a picnic lunch.

The stairs near our room were noisy. They need rubber or carpet applied to them to reduce the noise.
