The garden is beautiful.

The room was run down. The bath tub was not very clean.

The grounds are very nice and we enjoyed the playground and swimming pool. The outdoor dining area is excellent. The food was very good. The staff were incredibly helpful.

When we arrived, they assigned us to a room that was under construction. It was 5am (our flight arrived at 3am and we were exhausted) and the rooms are far away from the main office so it was a bit hectic to get reassigned. There was also vomit on the stairs of the building. The light switches in the room were difficult to figure out - they controlled different lights depending on which combination of switches were flipped. The beds were uncomfortable for us (overly firm, and we prefer firm).

The staff was very rude and there was no hospitality.

Location was okay but the cleanliness of the room was horrible. The price was too high for the service provided by the hotel.

Breakfast would have been included at that price.

The atmosphere and ambience was really nice.

Even though i had booked a few days before , i had to wait almost 30 mins to get the room. I think booking online doesn't get you enough preference and hospitality. The room was not up to our expectations. The shower head was required to replace within our stay. Anyway room service was fast and bell boy was always available to pick up and drop

Loved the nature around, food in the restaurant was okay too.

Electricity was going off many times due to bad weather conditions. Also wi fi was kinda poor.

beautiful property amidst serene and greenery. very close to budhanilkantha and shivapuri hiking spot. great recreational place.
