Location is great, nice big pool & staff are lovely. Mosquito net above the bed to use as no air con.

Bathroom clean but bedrooms not so much, two cockroaches under the bed and dead bugs all over the floor.

Property location is convenient to the town, but have to climb little steep. Owner and the staffs are friendly. Have lobby with pool table so you can meet new friends if you’re lucky. Worth for the value

Pool was nice but not pumped pure water on day one. On the tile edges few are slightly damaged so need to care not to cut your skin. Some tiles are slippery . Down stairs some rooms doesn’t have tv.

We loved this hotel and are sad to leave. We already extended our stay by one night. The pool is perfectly clean with lots of sunbeds. It is the perfect place to chill and a short stroll down a hill to the restaurants and bars in Ella. The staff were so nice and friendly. The room had a fan but we didn't actually need to use it. The bed is comfy and we slept really well. And there's a pool table! It is such good value for money, we can't understand how it is so cheap.

Breakfast is pretty basic, we preferred to eat out.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a quiet place but still close to the city. Loved the swimmingpool. Very cheap hotel as well. Value for money.

Away from main street. Couple running place were very helpful.

Dogs barking at night and neighbors kids screamed for hours. Owner should have asked them to shut up. View ruined by next door building.

Nice hotel, great view, clean hotel rooms and very friendly staff. Breakfast was also delicious and the laundry service was perfect.

The location was ok, not noisy but also just a short walk from the center.

The bathroom had a lot of mold in it, and the room itself was not very clean. The refrigerator didn’t work and the whole hotel is pretty run-down (not uncommon in Sri Lanka after Covid, unfortunately). Even though it’s cheap, I would not recommend staying here.

The place is very comfortable and close to the main street of Ella. Only 3 min to walk, but on a quite hill for a silent sleep. The manager organized a tour to the 9 arch bridge and further.

i planed to stay for two night and extended for two nights. The owner was really friendly and gave me also a nice room upgrade. The rooms were clean and the location was quiet, but not far from the city center. The pool was clean and sunny! nice atmosphere and I felt save as a female solo Traveller.

Hose brilliant name Nelle.. rooms large spacious, walking shower fridge exceptional! 😎

Last 50mtrs to property very steep? Was not a problem for me but someone with a disability could be problematic!

This hotel was perfect when you want to visit Ella, have comfort but not a huge budget. The rooms were big and clean, the pool was nice and the owners super friendly and helpful. The hotel is only 3 minute walk from the center.

rooms are a bit tired but service was amazing - super friendly and helpful, even came all the way to mirissa with us when we got stuck due to the curfew! pool is amazing and the pool table is top notch

Looks very nice from outside. Very calm and quiet,but at the same time close to shops, restaurants etc.. Nelly-the owner very friendly and try to do everything for comfortable stay. Will give advice about things to do and see. Nelly made for us nice dinner for extra money whith fish and many other sri Lankan foods, that was very nice

-this hotel not for European standards-we were a bit shocked when saw our rooms -power cuts. This is problem in all Sri Lanka but this was the only one hotel from 5 we felt it disturbed us. Because there is no generator(or no diesel for it) ,which means no electricity most of day. Very annoying if you come back from hiking and can't have a shower. -there need some upgrades for rooms like some bedside tables, shelves in bathroom, something where to put clothes in bedroom.my clothes was laying all 5 days in suitcase and because there was a bit moisture in rooms, felt dirty. -need upgrade for curtains as well-European people expect day curtains and night ones as well-there are just night ones, but I stayed in ground floor, next to reception so never opened them otherwise everybody would see whats going on in my room -can hear EVERYTHING what's going on outside. Even if someone just walking. That's because there is holes(don't know how to explain in English) between roof and walls. I woke up 3 nights in row and was going out to argue with people outside who was sitting at the pool and talking and drinking. Can't blame owner for that, just warning! -would suggest repaint/redecorate rooms -there are few agressive dogs on the way to city centre who attacked us few times, again it's not owners fault, these are not his dogs, but think people should know that. I was so scared to go somewhere, so paid for tukTuk just to go 200m to city. And they(tukTuk owners) not happy to go there because of super steep and bad road,so they charge extra for going there. -in 4night stay our rooms never been cleaned, I asked a brush to gardener one morning to clean my room a bit. Also had to ask twice to get toilet paper. Towels wet all the time.

smell like in a cellar and not transparent windovs so there was quite dark in the room but we handele it :)

The room was ok, they were helpful. Location was nice, only the hill up quite steep (tuktuk drivers don't really like it haha).

There wasn't really a good place to leave our luggage and the room we got was quite dark.
