We didn't have breakfast at the home stay, The room was very basic but the view's Are amazing up in the mountains. It is a short walk to Ella town I would think this would appeal to young back packers for the price.

Clean, spacious, really nice balcony with a bonus of enormous beanbag for chilling! Good food and helpful woner with tips and arranging anything you need - he arranged a cooking class and laundry. Will stay again!

Absolutely no place for clothes in the room

Breakfast was passable. Bathroom also passable.

The room and bed was not clean, the mosquito net had holes in it. The standard is far below that of similarly priced accommodation in the area. The room can benefit from double glazing due to the road underneath and noisy hostels/accommodation in the area.

the stay was amazing ! I strongly recommand this place. it is perfectly located, a bit higher than the main street of Ella which can be really loud at night. the room was really clean and big. the people was really nice, and you really don’t want to miss the amazing and fresh breakfast they prepare for you !

The view from the room and balcony was amazing, and the room was clean and comfortable and looked like on pictures. And the breakfast was fantastic, the best one we had on Sri Lanka.

Very good breakfast WIFI was good. Easy walk into town. Comfortable Quiet except for music from town but it did not last into the early morning.

It’s up a steep hill, which I know is really common around Ella but it’s not exactly ideal. The owner didn’t even come out when I arrived. My driver had to call and then we waited for him. Also, the power outages around Ella are crazy and really suck! When I returned late at night amidst a power outage, the owner gave me an extra light to use. It was nice of him, but having a generator would have been a lot better. However, the absolute worst thing about this place was that the shower had NO hot water!! I couldn’t even take a shower there. How can that ever be acceptable??

Our room had incredible view to Ella Rock and Little Adams Peak. When lying in bed you can watch the sunrise through huge panorama windows. The accommodation is situated on a small but steep hill and it takes around 2-3 minutes walk to get into the busy center of Ella with lots of shops and restaurants. The surrounding of the accommodation itself is very relaxed and calm also during the night.
