I highly, highly, recommend this hotel, especially if you're traveling with children. The hotel offers a wonderful view from both rooms, the restaurant, and the pool. There's a play area for kids, and the staff is fantastic. Everyone is super friendly, with a sense of humor, helpful, and not overwhelming. Additionally hotel is an absolute escape from the loud and crowded center of Ella. We had an amazing time there and I can definitely recommend it.

The hotel was in a beautiful location, our room had an amazing view. The staff were fabulous. Breakfast and all the food in the restaurant was good. A real family feel and we shall miss it.

This place is the spot to book!! The hammocks with the view are insane. The staff makes this entire place - they are kind, tireless and aiming to please the guests. The chef is amazing and their sandwiches perfect after a hike. You can do an easy walk on the railway to the waterfalls from the hotel. There are stairs entering that are steep just FYI but the entire hotel is perfect with yoga in the mornings as well. Just book it, you won’t regret it!

Wat een geweldig gelegen hotel en wat een super services! Mijn man Marcel werd erg ziek en de manager deed alles om te helpen en hij kreeg een gratis massage en kruiden thee om aan te sterken en hij was heel bezorgd om ons. Echt top!! Groetjes Marcel en Christel

Everything. There was a large choice for breakfest, the family room with balcony was perfect, clean and cosy. I can 100% recommend the wellness massage and the yoga, both were very professional. Our kids loved the kidscorner (and we, the parrents as well). The personnel overall were very kind, helpfull and friendly.

The location is super close to the town. The views are incredible!! The facilities were all great and we had a really nice massage. The food was also good and the breakfast is a buffet with lots of options. The rooms are big and have hammocks on a balcony outside the room. The staff are all super helpful and will organise trips. They also did our washing for us.

The Wi-Fi was not good in the rooms but they did say they would be installing internet boxes in more areas of the hotel soon. The taxi prices to other areas of Sri Lanka were very over priced

The stunning view, friendly staff, delicious food, great family room. The pool view is heavenly. And Ella is a great place to explore. Highly recommend!

The stuff was amazing! So helpfull, gave us a room after chack out to chang and shawer, the view was AMAZING the berkfest was spicel and local, the stay was perfect, I will come back for sure!

the walk up the hill to reach the hotel is quite steep---it's quite a walk back-and-forth to the city, especially if you do it a few times a day.
