Very noisy with thin walls could hear your neighbours' conversations. My clean sheets had dog paw marks on it and my bed smelled of dog.

Very basic facilities. Run down. Needs a makeover.

Breakfast was perfect

Couldn't change room to down stairs as 90 yr old with us and just could do stairs. No fly sreen on main window . Glad u accommodate for pets, but not very publicised

The rooms were filthy beds had hair all over them shower had hair in it was yuck

Staff

They are advertised as: "The Steakhouse Restaurant is open for dinner from Monday to Saturday, and is fully licensed. There is an à la carte menu with a range of steaks, children's menu and more." And yes, the restaurant exists, but it has nothing more than two dishes from the entire list that appears in the room (they don't even have fries) and the full license... they don't even have a beer. Regarding the included breakfast, that day they said that the power had gone out and they could not do anything,

The breakfast wasn't opened at 6am, like advertised. Waited 4 minutes, drove off, then went to coles to feed the kids

Just 1 point, As most motels who offer pet friendly accommodation always add a ‘pet surcharge’for cleaning purposes,I do understand this,However, as the carpet was covered in pet stains from previous visitors this was not only unsightly but made the room feel dirty, although in general it was quite clean.I don’t understand the ‘extra’ charges when the carpets have obviously not been steam cleaned between pets. To be honest, pet friendly accommodation should probably remove all carpets from those rooms.( the staff did mention that they are changing the floor coverings in the future..) Otherwise it is a nice motel and will hopefully stay again.

The location

The room was dirty, carpets , curtins were dirty and not up to the standard of a motel charging what they charged

Neat, clean with most things for a reasonably comfortable stay. Continental breakfast provided in price.

Bed very firm, pillows flat, towels small and thin. Needs a more secure lock on the door. I felt insecure and piled up bags against it inside at night. Toaster provided but no knife, plate or tea towel. Travelling with my very friendly, well-trained dog, I was charged $40 extra for “cleaning”, which I would hope would be done anyway, but nothing was provided for my pet in return. A bowl for water at least might be expected. The hotel had no grassy area for walking a dog at night in the dark.

booked on line, then to get to premises and have to wait for a room to be made up, then to find a 500ml bottle of milk in fridge that was opened with only approx 150ml in it, very disgusting, very cold, sheets were tissue paper thin not motel quality, towels were yellow breakfast was of home brand quality cereals, fruit juice and fruit in containers and bowls, no taste
