Staff were fantastic

This little motel more than met our expectations, the room was beautifully clean and cosy, bed was comfortable. From the moment we arrived, until we left, at reception,the staff were so friendly and helpful. It was a joy to stay there.

Even though reception closed early, staff were welcoming. The electric blankets were on, which made it homely.
Unfortunately the bed wasn’t as comfortable as hoped for and very early the cleaning staff were right outside our bedroom window using the outside bench for linen and other cleaning purposes. Some maintenance is needed with toilet.

Management was super helpful. We had a two room unit, as one traveller was a BAD snorer. We didn't hear them at all in our room. Comfy beds. AC was on when we went in so we were immediately comfortable. Also, didn't hear road noise at all

They tried to solve the hot water problem and offered me a different room. But was that warn out I didn't bother changing rooms

Good Location high on hill and quiet. Comfortable beds. Manager on duty was friendly and informative.
Serviceman’s club great. Drive to the lookout to the War Memorial overlooking Goulburn worthwhile.
Werent told that TV was not working until trying for ages to get it too. Apparently repairman had to come from Bowral but not for a few days! Bathroom fan and shower surrounds were not very clean and a light over the sink working.

Breakfast was fine. The receptionist ‘Evelyn’ was very helpful and considerate. A pleasure.
The room smelt of cigarette smoke. The face clothes and towels did not appear fresh. There was an ironing board but after I put it up learned the room did not have an iron. The walls were paper thin and I listened for hours to the person in the next room coughing and there tv.

Unfriendly welcome, plug missing from bathroom sink, so shaving difficult. Towels thin and had an odour. The top shelf of the fridge was full of water.
