No heating in the TV /lounge room which was quite difficult with the kids to watch or sit in the lounge room due to the extreme cold weather.

Nothing. The property is unclean and unsafe. The reception staff member was polite and I appreciate her professionalism when I approached her with my concerns about the state of the room.

The photos used for advertising this room are very deceiving. There was damage throughout the apartment including a smashed bathroom door that had no door handle and a dirty piece of paper towel stuffed in the hole where the handle should be. A window located in the living area of apartment had a broken safety latch and the fly screen removed (a huge safety issue when I booked to stay here with children and the room is on the second floor). The fly screen was propped against the wall in the middle of the bedroom. The beds were made but appeared unclean. The decorative pillows had fluff and pilling on them, hair was visible on several pillows, and bed covers. One pillow had steaks on it that looked like mould. The room was dusty (the fan blades and light fittings were caked in dust). Paint was peeling from the roof. Kitchen had been poorly cleaned with a dirty dish cloth, sponge and scourer left on the sink. A dirty wooden chopping board was propped up on the kitchen bench. Food debris stuck to the wall near the oven. Directly outside our room door, two dirty mattresses were propped up against the wall on either side of the corridor.

It was cold, Heater was not turned on. There was an issue with the heater when asked to do something about it manager advised nothing they can do. Rooms were smelly. Sofa bed sheet and blanket was not provided despite knowing it was part of our booking.

Great shower. Lovely hot water. Good size TV. Close to shops. Good heating air con. OK sized living area. Microwave, toaster, jug, hairdryer, iron. cutlery. Proper size fridge.

4 towels for 6 ppl booked. Had to ask for more. No bedding for sofa bed, but we were so busy and tired we made do. 4 Bowls for 6 ppl booked. No dishwashing liquid. No dishcloth. Lacked maintenance, broken toilet seat, doors squeaked, bathroom mirror just sitting on the vanity not attached to anything, OMG whoever cleans the bathroom needs to lift the toilet seat.

No frills budget accommodation that was clean, comfortable and cosy. On a cold night the heating did the job. Water pressure in the shower was 'knock you over' good.

Can't really think of anything. It didn't have views, a spa, desk etc but it's a budget room so it would be wrong to criticise the hotel for that. To be picky I never saw a space anything like what is shown in the picture.

Nothing, I left after 30 minuites and requested a refund but have not yet recieved it.

The room was not what was shown on the website. The hotel was under renovation, there was now bar or food service. This was not advised at check in. When I went to reception 30 minuites later and asked where do I go for food and a beer I was told I would have to walk up to the main street and find something. As I had a bad back and could not walk I left to find other accomodation and requested a refund.

The location was convenient to where I was attending a function and the staff were friendly and helpful upon arrival.

It had the basic needs for a night.

A family lived upstairs and you could hear the loud thumping of footsteps and a child running around till late. I couldn't sleep till it was quiet.

Street access, air-conditioned, spacious, and recently renovated. The manager and other staff were responsive and easy to deal with.

really comfy appartment had a very nice kitchen and bathroom plenty of towels. tea coffee milk generous supply. tv. Netflix very good. we were very happy with our stay. can’t wait to see what else is coming.

Close to the main strip with plenty of supplies within walking distance. Rooms and amenities have all been modernised recently.

The acoustics is exceptional in this place. You can hear a mouse fart from the end of the hall. This is not the making for a pleasant stay combined with the rudest patrons who only seem to worry about themselves and enjoy talking loudly and banging doors all hour of the night and morning. Unless you are deaf as a beetle, don't care for sleep or alter your state of mind like snoop dogg, sleep in the car at a truck stop.

Hotel was unfinished. Clean but limited facilities. Ie., only one power point in the room & none in bathroom. No soap holder in the shower. Had to put on the floor. The TV screen was at an angle almost impossible to view!?
