Sails staff contacted me to check my arrival time and explain the easy after hours check-in process, great communication. The room was well presented, clean and tidy, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Very cute finishing touches with the housekeeping towel art 😊

Great service from start to finish. Very welcoming and accommodating. Excellent kitchen and lounge dinning facilities, everytime you need. Used the bbq at the pool, was a nice way to spend the morning. Nice touch with the folded towels It's the all things and this place had it.. Heaps of easy parking.. great value for money.

very out dated, the blinds are broken and old, the carpet is old and has large stains. the kitchen sink has a fouls smell during the day.

Reception service from Claire (?I think that was her name) was very good, super friendly and she stayed back 40 mins on a Saturday after her knock-off time to ensure we could check in.

A/C seemed hard to control temperature wise. Ideally you have a ramp for the luggage which now needs lugging upstairs, (I am 80!)

Location was great and the rooms were so clean and smelled super fresh. Was very comfortable - kids loved it

There were good quality items to use throughout such as kitchen supplies, personal items (soaps etc.), furnishings etc. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

I was happy with the standard of the accommodation and with the staff. I can't think of anything I would change.
