It’s perfect location for the hotel right on the foreshore. The staff were amazing friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. I would definitely consider to staying there in the future.

The ladies were very friendly and accommodating as our tv wasn't working so they upgraded our room quickly with no extra charge.

The Smart TV is not connected to the Internet. Very easy to lock yourself out going to car parking. If you do there is no way to contact anyone.

Booking a week in advance and still getting a crappy room. Coming home to a hot room cos someone's turn my air conditioner off No ventilation in the toilet

location was excellent but the drinks and food were over priced for the area and having the renovations happening whilst we were there and the fact that we were placed next door to them even though the hotel was only half full was a little short sighted by the girl checking us in, shortly we could have been given a room with a little less noise than than next to the construction site. and it just wasn't worth discussing with the staff as she was not interested in listening anyway. we just wont go back there again

very nice staff on reception. I wanted to upgrade my room for my partners birthday and it was no problem. Gave us some complimentary bar drinks as a birthday gift

the property was facing the beach and rooms were comfortable and check in was easy and our room had a balcony - we also asked if we could move to the 4th floor as was on 2nd and they did that for us :)

The AC unit did not appear to be working and the temperature was 41 degrees so not ideal.

The room had no sound proofing you could even hear the people next door zipping up their suitcase. apart from that it was great
