looked nothing like advertised, the apartment was very dated dirty chipped walls needs a paint and the furniture needs to be updated

Rooms were spacious with a great view.

The service was essentially non-existent and borderline rude. There was no ice available including from the restaurant on the bottom floor (they were not willing to provide any for hotel guests). Really there is an obvious disconnect between whoever owns the hotel, the people managing it, and the service (or lack thereof) being provided to guests. With this in mind and the tired appearance of the hotel, the price was way above the overall worth of the room.

I were told booking has been cancelled from booking.com, and only has old apartment left, I told them will be late check in, reception only open till 8pm. anyway can call security. We did it was 30minutes wait till security came and gave us the room key. room was very old. bed was too soft, wake up wirh back pain.

The room and bed was comfortable and clean.

The ironing board was in need of replacement. Some noise was experienced from the neighbours.

The view from the balcony is spectacular , enough equipment (oven, microwave) to prepare simple foods

The room is not cleaned daily 😫 Bedsheets are a bit soft & uncomfortable

Helpful receptionist. Location is good with supermarkets nearby. Good for family and friends trips to the Geraldton area.

A very handy location with a nice outlook over the marina.

Cleaning could be better, litter under the tv unit, dusty Venetian blind in the bathroom, fingerprints around door handles and a spill of something in the hall. The AC cover blew loose, only holding on by 1 screw. Washing machine had a bag in it and was full of water, sorted out by housekeeping.
