The car park for the unit is very tight

It was great stepping out our room and straightening into spa. Loved the large room

The shower was aweful. The whole bathroom got wet and no mop to clean it up. Have a washing machine but no clothes line.

Room is generous in size and has generally nice features but it is somewhat dated and stuff (chairs, bed (springs), and general condition old and not superb. This is a slightly above average place. Good security for car, but tough parking lot to navigate. If you are looking for a top hotel, this is NOT it. If you are looking for a good hotel with value for money, this IS it. It is above average, just not superb. The bed has coil springs... and soft. But the room is generous size and it has a nice pool and surrounds if you want a swim.

Tough parking lot to navigate. The arrangement to pick up keys pretty limited. Like the hours the desk is open is limited, some text you receive identify just a handful of hours. The room is dated but big. Not a dream escape but slightly above average

we had 2 children under 4 & was given an unit with 2 flights of stairs with no safety screens. would have preferred a ground floor unit.
