Fantastic view ! clean and comfy !

The gym was closed for refurbishment that being said they have set up with a gym down the street for members to go

Great place to have relax, amazing wiev, spaciuos rooms huge terraces.

Stuf was not much informative, didnt pay much attention. Like late check out or check in one hour before.

The location was pretty.

We checked in late and walked into a room with a big orange bug on the bathroom ceiling and small fruit flies/gnats all over the room. The hotel and room is very dated despite us having paid for and getting their premium/luxury room. The room is set up very bizarrely - the bedroom is very very small and has no AC. The main living room has AC so you’re forced to keep the bedroom door open for air. The windows do not have screens and the housekeeping opens the windows when they clean the rooms so ours was left open all day as we came back to the room quite late each night. There is one elevator and it is the slowest elevator I’ve ever experienced. The breakfast starts late at 8am. When we checked in, we were asked to “book” a time slot for breakfast for our stay (8-9 or 9-10). This was very inconvenient as we begin our day very early and come back to the hotel late at night. Not sure why this property is rated so highly.

the view is fascinating, the balcony is big enough. There are 2 sun loungers and one jakuzzi for 3 person. The room was really nice and it came with a H&K bluetooth speaker.

Great location. View is amazing. Food was very good. Room is big and has a big terrace. We had parking place.

People from England don't know how to behave. They listen to the music on their terrace even though other guests just want to relax and enjoy the sun and the view. Imagine that every guest will turn on their own music. Also if they speak on the phone they put it on speaker so everyone could hear it. Elevators are very slow.

We have visited this hotel many times and will keep returning. We love the huge balconies and the amazing views! Staff are always friendly and helpful.

The apartment we had was amazing. Very new and clean. The terrace was spacious and had a gorgeous view. The staff is amazing! Very cordial, nice and extra helpful.

Food at dinner (buffet) was good, but not great. Breakfast was very crowded. Parking not included.

The rooms are quite large and everything is available in the room. The pool is large and refreshing water. The breakfast is good and the view from both the restaurant and your room is terrific. Its is also very quite in around the hotel.

The value compared to the rate is not really in balance. The estate is quite old and the price is very high. As such breakfast and diner are good, but you have to pay additional for those services. So all in all: no good value for your money.

All hotel rooms are with great view We keep coming back to Royal Sun maybe 7 times now Room are big and the balcony is something expectionally Staff are very helpful There is a supermarket in the hotel with spesific open hour. it's very practical There is a laundry room you can use ( 4€ to use the machine) Gym is now open, just need to reserve at the reception ( not with other group)

Sometime we back to hotel to take a nap at 2pm but our room ws not yet done dispite we put on the door a sign to clean the room. Sometimes during the nap time, house keeping clean the room above or next to ours and making noices. Pool is pretty but not that big so if too many people it's getting crowded quickly

First time being let down by a hotel through booking.com - 1- Buffet food was very limited, Paid for breakfast & dinner for 5 people for 6 days we went there once and there wasnt many food options at all. Very small buffet and no halal or vegetarian options. Normally when a hotel doesn’t have halal options we still book as there are many other options, but this one didnt. After the first meal we went to the reception desk to ask them to cancel the rest of the meals as our money was going to waste, the guy at the reception wasnt very helpful and literally stared at me in the face then told me no its not possible you can speak to the manager. When i was sitting in the lobby he walked past and said ‘you done it through booking.com anyway so not possible’. We basically had to pay double for food as we ate out. 2. Our flight was delayed first night, were told pur food that we paid for was in the fridge, arrived in the room it was rock solid bread, & cold food pastas/nuts/crackers/salad - all mixed in two plates containining ham & other meat that we couldnt have got takeaway. 3. The jacuzzi could have been cleaned and cleaners only cleaned certain parts of the rooms. 4. The way its structured; You can literally see everyone else on there balconies luckily we were on top but not sure how other people felt. 5. On the 2nd night receptionist called and said there was a noise complaint and if it happened again ‘there would be consequences’. The couple just beneath us came out and told us to be quiet at 10.45pm because we were sitting outside when smoking, not making much noise at all. 6. Staff not helpful, when we came we wernt told much about hotel and facilities or excursions the hotel offers it wasnt very welcoming. When you try to ask someone for help they either dont know or say they don’t understand. If this hotel had better customer service and was properly cleaned it could be great.

Room was good but inadequate storage so we weren’t able to properly unpack. Balcony and hot tub were fabulous. Food was good and restaurant staff were nice, especially Michaela.

The location gave great views but it was a long slog back from the town. You couldn’t just pop down into town, it was a proper outing. Probably would stay down in the town next time. The pool was disappointing as it was very small and busy and full of kids as there didn’t seem any other place for them to go. So we only used the pool once and instead hung out on the balcony and used the hot tub, which is what many people seemed to do. I used the gym several times, had to book in advance and it wasn’t always available. The equipment was quite dated and the aircon didn’t seem to work so it was like an oven in there. We had to pay 3 euros per day to use the safe, I have never come across that before, seemed unnecessary for an expensive hotel.

it was very good. the entertainments guy was fabulous, my daughter thought he was great and he kept the kids entertained single handed

Lovely complex, great view over the sea, had half board, lovely well prepared, good variety of food choices something for everyone. Room larger than most, well equip, even has dish washer!
