Location the apartment was tastefully furnished and clean

The balcony was being re furbished during our stay so had scaffolding up. We had trouble getting into the building at the weekend as did a lot of people the fobs didn’t work and reception was closed

The only bad thing is, there is a lot of street noise at night so you cant really have open windows. Otherwise 10/10 👌😎

Apartment was partly renovated, clean and we were satisfied with the value of the apartment. Staff was friendly and always there for us. Location is great. We've got what we expected and we were more than happy with our holidays. Terrace has great view at Los Gigantes!

Only what we wished was heated pool 😉 When the second bathroom and some other small things will be renovated, the apartment won't have any issue.

Great location and view from apartment.

They took deposit for apartment and returned it just after few weeks and just after few reminders from my side. Customer shouldn't have to remind to return their deposit! Also sofa in living room was totally scratched/ruined and it's a shame to provide apartments in such condition.

The balcony overlooked the los gigantes mountains, very comfortable, clean t.v in every room, just an amazing apartment

The apartment was absolutely beautiful nothing to dislike

Dishwasher and washing machine didn't work good.

Location and flat inside

Mainly - we could not use the terrace - the hotel opposite is a building site. A huge skip arrives promptly at 8am Mon-Sat waking the dead and from then till 4pm is filled by throwing stuff down from three storeys along with hammer drills going all day - not restful at all. The 250 euro damage deposit also worried me as you receive no up front details (as with hire car) of damage already identified and you don't receive a copy of what you have signed. The kitchen worktop was damaged (hot burn ring) as were tiles on the balcony (cracked/chipped) and the settee head-rest was broken. I would advise anyone to take their own pillow - the one's provided were pretty awful.
