The apartmanhotel was well equipped, quite modern, well maintained. The air condition was very useful during the heatwave. The terrace was pretty big with a beautiful view. We could also find parking spaces easily. The barbeque dinner was very good. The hotel also had happy hours, where we could buy cocktails at a more reasonable price.

The kitchen was missing basic things like salt, sugar, coffee and tea. These small things could make guests feel more at ease and compfortable. The pool's availability was very limited. I prefer an early morning swim, but it was not possible due to the opening hours. The staff often sound unwelcoming, I assume due to the lack of english knowlege. More training would be adviseable. There was three of us, so we asked for an extra outdoor chair during our stay, they refused to provide it.

The hotel has lovely views over the ocean and cliffs. The pool area is always clean, and very relaxing. The apartments are also very comfortable and relaxing. The staff are lovely, and we had a lovely few days exploring the beaches. Never had issues with parking on the street.

A great hotel, the view is stunning on the Los Gigantes cliffs, rooms are clean! The staff is very nice! The swimming pool with the cocktail bar makes it a perfect place to relax.

The welcome was fantastic, the apartment spotless, the toilets sparkling, the pool area amazing and clean, loads of loungers and seating and 2 cabanas. Toilets at the pool spotless as well. Pool bar has a great selection of drinks and amazing food and even more amazing bar staff. All the staff are amazing the ensure your stay is perfect as it was already looking to book againg for next year.

The big studio room with a big kitchen and nice sea-view terrace. The pool is very relaxing, a lot of sun, there are nice and comfy sunbeds. The Bar at the pool has really good cocktails. The view from the pool is stunning. The location is central, just keep in mind it is uphill. The check-in for us was self-service as we arrived late but it worked well.

Our room had every day a bad sewage smell coming from the A/C or sink. They tried to solve it, but they just put a perfumed room spray. The breakfast has a large amount of options. But the quality of most food and coffee is not great.

The size of the balcony the lounges and the wonderful view. The pool area was great. Never too crowded. Always clean towels available. Very happy with the apartment and very clean.

The apartment was very clean and spacious and the view from the balcony was great as was the pool area and bar too! Short walk to the beach and harbour. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful!

Some minor issues with toilet flushing in the bathroom, but it got resolved. Pool and bar opening times could be extended.

Compensation was not considered for having no AC in the room.
