Our stay was amazing! We were treated very well. The staff were very friendly and super accommodating, even sending us a cake for our daughter’s birthday. Our room had an unparalleled view of Shanghai - it was astounding when there was a brief thunder and lightening storm! The pool was heaven. The food was good, especially the late night Chinese food room service had late in the evening. The beds were very comfortable. The room was spotless and there is a well-stocked in-room bar. Japanese toilet was separate from the amazing bath and sink area that had the bed shower I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. We can’t say enough about how wonderful everything and everyone was, and all while maintaining the highest level of health and safety measures.

Not one single thing.

This hotel is a dream come true. The views, the quality of the room and the high standards of the decoration and commodities is simply amazing. The staff is polite, with a great attitude and multilingual.

The only aspect that I found a bit disappointing was the quality of the bath robes. Even if they were not bad, I would have expected something better.
