it is small, clean and the staff is friendly. Good quality for the price you pay.

Would be nice for foreign travelers if somebody at reception could speak English. However, there is Google translate and they are really very helpful.

On the 3rd floor loud staff and people from terrace and corridor at 6.30 in the morning. I don't know why but the staff that took me to the room told me that for any request I could dial 0 from the phone in the room. There was no phone in the room! Comfy bed and good air con. It was a cheap price for a basic room in a old hotel. You are just few steps from the beach.

Very good service, very well located within the city.

Street can be noisy at night, make sure you don't get a room over the street if you want to sleep early.

The room that they gave us was different than the pictures included in the room selection on Booking. The room we got was on the ground floor with just a very small window near the bathroom looking into the back area of the hotel, whereas the room in the photos had a large window near the bed with lots of natural light. When we asked for the room that we booked, they said that room was occupied and that the photos on Booking don’t match the rooms. I’d recommend updating the photos to match the rooms since that’s the information guests have to decide if they want to stay there.

The WiFi was good.

I actually checked out early at this hotel. The room was noisy, unclean, had lots of ants and was simply awful.

. Location location location - perfect and close to the Parque de los Novios and the malecon oceanfront which is lovely and very convenient. The breakfast was decent - small amount of fresh fruit, eggs to your liking, white bread, coffee, or hot chocolate and one glass of fresh juice. Enough to fill you to get to the airport - loved that they start breakfast at 6:30am as we had an early flight. Staff were helpful and arranged a secure taxi for me and my kid to get to airport. MUST DO: VISIT PLAYA CRISTAL...THE BEST BEACH IN SANTA MARTA - AMAZING & SPECTACULAR, WORTH IT!!!

The room was very small, only had room to walk around the bed. There was a chair placed in the room to put the telephone on which was weird. The bathroom was crap- tiny hardly any room to move in and shower a tight squeeze. They didn't even provide soap for hands or body. Cheap sakes. The check out process was extremely slow due to staff being very slow - they had me wait for a long time for an employee to check the room and verify that everything was in good state before letting me go. I had to get to airport quick so I apologised and told them i couldn't wait any longer and left.
