La amabilidad del personal, siempre estan dispuestos a asesorarte y ayudarte con tu estadia. Cerca al parque de los novios lo cual te permite acceder a una zona gastronomica interesante de la ciudad. El aseo de la habitacion excelente

No me gusto que es un hotel demasiado pequeño, la comida es normal, no es nada del otro mundo y no tiene vista dentro de la habitación. No tiene ascesor y la piscina, no es psicina demasiada pequeña no se puede ni nadar.

Die Lage war sehr gut, das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer war in Summe in Ordnung. Frühstück ist ausreichend. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist gut.

Es war kein Toilettenpapier vorhanden, der Safe hat nicht funktioniert und die Geräuschdämmung könnte besser sein.

Muy bien ubicado. Jacuzzi y piscina. Como nos íbamos pronto del hotel nos hicieron dos sándwiches para llevar.

RUIDOSO. Desde las 4 y media de la mañana en el edificio de enfrente pusieron música religiosa a un volumen muy muy alto, por lo que desde esa hora fue imposible dormir.

Lo práctico y cómodo que es. Tienes todo lo que necesites y estás ubicado en una gran zona. A pesar de estar cerca de bares y restaurantes, la paz es única. Las instalaciones están al 100% y el trato del personal inigualable. Sobre todo en front desk: Javier y Leidi fueron fenomenales en atención. 10 de 10.

Leidy was the most wonderful host and welcomed us with open arms. She was always happy to help us with any of our needs, gave us advice and tips on where to travel and visit whilst in Santa Marta such as the surrounding areas / tourist sites / activities. The hotel had a great artistic / rustic feel & look to it, I personally loved it, it felt like a home rather than a hotel. The rooftop bar was a huge bonus which had a good selection of very affordable drinks & cocktails. Very close to the Parque de los Novios área which is a must if staying in Santa Marta. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, I can't compliment them all enough, especially Leidy. If I visit Santa Marta in the future I will most definitely be staying here again because I love the hotel.

The only criticism I have unfortunately is that the rooms are simply too hot, I didn't understand why they have a strange system where once you remove the hotel room key card out of the wall it automatically turns off the air-conditioning unit in your room and it becomes so hot it's very difficult to cool the room back down again as the air conditioning units were not very powerful or cold which was quite frustrating when you wanted to sleep in the night, Be warned Santa Marta is a very hot and tropical city so an good air conditioning unit is an absolute must I am afraid. The hotel certainly needs to improve this particular issue as a matter of importance.

The location was walkable to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The ac worked well.

It needed to be cleaned and updated, and my main issue was that the staff wasn’t up front and honest. They put basic toiletries in the room like any normal hotel does, so I used a little bit of the toothpaste and then they chased me out the door when I left telling me I owed them money for the toothpaste. Really glad I didn’t use any of the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. who knows how much they would’ve said I owe! I will not be back nor recommending this place to anyone.

Very nice staff that help us set up an excursion! There was a kitchen that you could order food from and it was super convenient and good. The AC was nice and cold.

Very clean room and nicely decorated, super comfortable bed, large TV, working air conditioning which was very much needed, mini bar was well stocked and the staff were really nice.

For those looking to swim in the pool - it's more like a jacuzzi in size. Our room had a balcony in the photos but there wasn't one - though this didn't bother us as it was too hot to be outside! Minor things in an otherwise lovely hotel!

Balcony with view of the pool, large windows create good airflow throughout the hotel, tasty local breakfast (best arepas from colombia so far!), staff was so friendly, taught us some spanish, called us taxis and gave local recommendations.

In our 4 days we could not make the ac stay a reasonable temperature, too cold when turned on and immediately too hot when turned off, we compromised by opening the balcony door with the ac turned on, show door didn’t close all the way and water pressure and soap quality weren’t great but still usable

I asked to go to minca on the bus and they sent me to a bus station with no buses to minca go figure

Location is excellent right off the main square. It was clean and everything worked.

Pretty basic hotel, not really ‘boutique’. It felt like a 2 (or max 3) star hotel.

Location was great. It was near to center and from there it was very easy to go to other places like Rodadero, Palomino and Taganga.

It was a little noisy at night.

Great location, quiet comfy rooms, kind staff, AMAZING SHOWER. The perfect place to stay before our flight back to the UK after several months of travelling.

The staff here is so lovely! Orlando gave us a warm welcome at our late arrival and the lady at the front desk in the morning was full of smiles and she helped us with different things like finding an ATM and arranging onward transport. The breakfast was good with a choice between regular American breakfast or a traditional dish (which was delicious!). the location was also great in the middle of the center in a lively little street. We would stay here again if we came back to Santa Marta.

There was no hot water in the shower when we were there, but it didn’t bother us much.

Hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect to spend a few days in Santa Marta historic center, everything is close and the employees are awesome.

We were in a great location, close to the main square and all the downtown spots. For our family of 4, our two rooms were connected which was really helpful.

The pool is kind of silly. Its a tiny little pluge pool in the middle of the lobby area. There is probably a better use for the space, pretty sure no one goes in it. The rooms werre also small, but that was a big downside as we were still able to move around just fine.
