Ni opino no me gusto ahí mejores opciones por el mismo precio

El desayuno es el mismo todos los días y muy deficiente , la ubicación es muy peligrosa ya que a una cuadra ahí calles peligrosas y de prostitucion.

Detalle menor; justo en nuestra habitación no funcionaba correctamente la TV ni el Wifi.

El hotel es bastante nuevo y huele bien.

La ubicación es horrible, hay mucho habitante de calle y las rutas para llega al hotel se ven inseguras, muchos edificios abandonados cerca. Adicional, las puertas estaban desajustadas no se podian cerrar bien la puerta del baño.

At check-in we had to move rooms 3 times, as the rooms we were offered were dirty. After waiting at reception to get another room, we were offered water, which in the end we had to pay. After the 3rd room we accepted that it is not really clean, but needed some place to sleep after a long travel. An apology was not expressed until I asked for it. They also offer laundry service online, but once we arrived we were told we can go ourselves in the city and have our laundry done in a shop. No assistance was given. At check out the next morning, the reception staff was not informed about our bad check in experience and couldn’t even offer us the bottle of water free of charge as an apology.

It’s was ok for the cost.

Air conditioning was not working when we arrived, hot water service was broken, the drinking water fountain at the front door was foul and we were advised not to drink from it and yet it was still operational. Breakfast was ordinary with no choices and very small. I certainly would not book again.

Rooms are clean and comfortable with great a/c and no mold (impressive in this humid location). Breakfast is included, it is simple but good and fresh. Staff will go above and beyond to help you, speak English and Spanish (and probably other languages) and are super friendly. Location is near Centro Historico which is the best part of the city to stay for eating, nightlife, shopping, tours, etc.

This place is very very pricey when you consider that there is no pool or special amenities. Some of the rooms also have no natural light, if that is important to you. Very comfortable and utilitarian but not the place for a romantic getaway or a tropical vibe.

The personal was helpful, kind and friendly. Tha hotel amenities were very clean and the room was big with everything needed. I would come back again. The hotel is very well located and the breakfast was good and well served. One of the best decisions in this trip.

lovely hotel. Great room size with a very comfy bed and spacious shower room. Breakfast was simple but great. Staff were incredibly helpful, attentive and made us feel very safe A bargain!

Shower temperature was very cold and there was no medium temperature. the hotel itself is situated on the edge of the lovely area but on the edge of the slightly more dodgy area so be aware when walking around

Everything was perfect, I love the staff's attention and the facilities of the hotel were exceptional.

Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms with decent bathroom. Great personnel and nice breakfast on the rooftop.

Room had no windows. The neighborhood on one side is very dangerous to walk, especially at night. Not something the hotel can improve, but definitely a minus.

The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to help us. They allowed us to check in early, which was really helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The room was nice and it was in an excellent location close to the sea.

There was no hot water and no hand soap.

I received a whatsapp message the same day while I was travelling from the hotel to confirm my booking. Since I did not have any mobile connection, I could not reply. When I arrived to the hotel, the staff notified me that my booking was cancelled.

This is an excellent hotel in a very central location. Me and my friends enjoyed our stay very much and the staff were very helpful and assisted us in all aspects/requests. The best experience in Santa Marta so far, we will certainly be back!

the recepcionist is a little bit tooo confident. the suite wasn’t 100% clean… the bathroom door was a little bit broken… the smell was not confortable
