Nothing. Worst experience of booking ever on booking.com

The manager asked to check the price. When I said that it's showing 654+ taxes. He asked me to cancel the booking and have room directly at a high price. After calling again and again, he told me to wait for his response and he didn't respond till next morning.

The room was neat and clean. Very friendly, cooperative and helpful staffs.

Property looks decent when you check online but in reality its a third class private run lodge. There is no hotel board outside and looks like someone rented an old home and running it as hotel. Property is old and amenities doesn’t work. - AC does not work. I had 2 rooms and ac were not working in the night during summer when temperature is around 40 deg. Staff don’t have any emergency maintenance. - Bathrooms are really old. Tap doesn’t work it leaks and water is salty more than normal amount. - Rooms were not clean on checkin. Found hairs on bed sheet and pillow cases. Had to ask maintenance to replace everything. - Bathroom amenities include a single towel which was also stained and I had to ask twice to replace it. We were 6 people and staff only provided 2 towels. My experience with this property is pathetic. Don’t go with the online reviews and ratings, it seems to be unreal or paid review. You can find better property in this price. Staff was no helpful and we asked for changing the room but they were just useless. Don’t go for this.
