Very good location very nice view also with jacuzzi

Nothing was excellent location

When I stayed there, it was winter season and many shops and hotels were closed. But Aqua’s staff and services offered me comfortable to staying. They were very generous and the room service of dinner was very tasty. The concierge supported me anytime I needed. I really enjoyed lovely staying.

The property was situated in Imerovigli, the highest village on the island. It had three levels: one with a pool, one with a sunbathing area, and one with a bedroom. Additionally, there were two bathrooms available. The location was excellent, and the staff were helpful, offering recommendations for shopping and restaurants. Maria, in particular, was exceptional, providing assistance during both check-in and late check-out. I highly recommend this place.

The hotel's housekeeping and daily cleaning could be improved for better cleanliness.

the concierge service is unbeatable here. Maria went a thousand extra miles to attend our requirements and that is priceless.

The distance from the hotel entrance to the room and coming back is little bit hard but at the same time it’s interesting when you pass on the narrow paths and you reach your room

The online pictures did not reflect the room, meaning it was not clear which room we were getting for the high price.

Of course this first thing that comes to my mind is the view which from the suite is just breathtaking. We could just admire it for the whole day and don't get tired of it. The atmosphere around the suites is also very pleasant and quite. Incredible and helpful staff. We were greeted in a very polite and friendly manner, the staff at the reception shared a lot of useful information about the island and recommended few good restaurants to visit (not tourist traps). We had a very late evening flight, while the checkout is at 11 am we were offered to be transferred to a different suite in order for us to wait until the evening free of charge! This was a very pleasant surprise for us. And they literally saved our day! We received a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival, delicious breakfast to the room everyday. Gluten free options in the breakfast and a selection of plant based milk was a happy surprise for us as well. Daily room cleaning was on point.

Our room was close to the kitchen and it could get really loud from 7 in the morning. For light sleepers this can be a problem. Sometimes the smell of sewers could be noticeable outside of the suites.

Mare Grande Suite was not what I expected for the price I paid. They did move us to a bigger room at no charge with was nice, but if that was not available I would not have been happy. The offered a refund to me for two days but then did not give it to me.

My family and I had saved for three months for this dream vacation, and one of the primary reasons for choosing this particular hotel was the private pool amenity promised in our room. Regrettably, the experience was far from what was promised, and our vacation was marred by the hotel's lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. Upon arrival, we noticed that the jacuzzi pool in our room was filled with murky, discolored water. We immediately brought this to the hotel staff's attention, expecting a swift resolution. Instead, they attempted to rectify the issue by adding more chemicals to the water and assured us it was safe to enter. However, upon entering the pool, we developed a skin rash, forcing us to exit immediately. Throughout our time in Santorini, we observed that the pools in other hotels were in pristine condition. This led us to question the quality and cleanliness standards of our hotel, especially considering the stark contrast with our own pool's condition. The staff's lackluster response to our concerns and their insinuation that the color of our skin was responsible for the pool's discoloration was, to say the least, offensive and unacceptable.

Good location and nice view.

Many problems... We paid over $2000 for 3 nights and this hotel lets us down. The bedding was not changed with some hair on it, the bath water was cold, and the bathroom smelled badly of sewage. We told the staff that there was no hot water after taking a cold shower, but the staff didn't believe me at all and the water wasn't fixed the next day. They only sent someone to check when we called again to ask when the hot water would be available. After entering the room to check, the staff said that there will be hot water in 10-15 minutes, but when my daughter took a shower, there was only hot water for one minute and then it became cold again. Later, when I asked for a solution, the front desk did not answer the phone or reply until we went directly to talk to them. At the front desk, the staff's attitude was extremely bad. Very disappointed -- this hotel ruined our holiday. Would not recommend it at all!

Hard to find,

This is a holiday I will never forget. Every moment was perfect. Jona, Kristi and Stavro took care of everything for us from the moment we landed in Santorini. They were incredible. The suite was pure luxury, the food delicious and the view divine! Do yourself a favor and book a holiday here!

An amazing experience and highly highly recommended stay in santorini. It was our honeymoon trip. Suite management gave us an upgrade for free to one of their best room with amazing views. Also the room was decorated for our welcome. A very very special thanks to Jona Mecaj who helped us with every single bit from accomodation , fooding , arranging transport to explore around Santorini. She is very welcoming and always ready to go at par to make your stay comfortable. And last to thank Kristi who was very helpful to carry our luggage down the hill to the room and deliver food to our rooms.
