Hotel is very new. Staffs are nice.

The location starts to lose attraction, the shopping mall next to the hotel is closing down. Family of 4 can’t stay in one room, which is disappointing.

The room facilities are perfect and being cleaned every day. The hotel manege is very kind and solving problem very good

- Being a foreigner, i feel very annoy because the hotel has just a few staff who can speak English. When i want to do something, or when i use the room service, the staff doest know what i'm saying and i have to wait until the hotel manager is free and be able to have conversation with me. - During my trip, i usually order food from the hotel's restaurant. And the first time it taste very good, i very like the Spicy pork rice, but for the next time, the taste wasnt same, the 2th spicy pork rice tasted very bad because pork meat is burned badly. - Due to your price, and the hotel is 4 star hotel, i recommended you should have more staff who is able to speak English.
