Support from the house keeping department is very very poor

The suite which is very large in size and the facilities were excellent. The staff, Ms. Irene Patrick and Ms. Rajeswari at the Reception was very cooperative and finished check-in within time what I expected.

Non c’e nulla che non mi piaccia di questo hotel! Ci vengo da quando è stato aperto ed è sempre perfetto! Lo staff è ultra disponibile e sempre pronto a farsi in quattro. Colazione abbondante e varia, pranzo e cena sempre top!

Pleasant stay. Room was clean and spacious, so were the bathroom facilities. Staff at reception desk helped us out with all our needs. Remonsiya at the help desk took care of us well.

The room was huge and spacious.
The restaurant, cleaning staff were doing a commendable job in spite of the rush.
The pools and the property is maintained very well considering the sheer magnitude
They are flexible with their check out timings..
It's just wasn't upto the standards of a luxury hotel in certain aspects. Too many pitfalls . Starting from the failure to provide a proper welcome , forget a welcome drink. Weird and unfriendly behaviour of some of the reception staff adds to the displeasure. Thankfully some of the other staff members are very kind and helpful to balance some of the bitterness.
The food served in buffet s is plentiful and wide spread but just too much Inconsistency in terms of flavour. Pretty oily too.
The new year bfast buffet was organised poorly. Typical marriage breakfast scenario.
Never drink tea in a coffee shop holds very true here.

very bad room service, we try to reach them for a while, but no response, once I check out at 13:24, I am waiting for an 90 mins for my car. I felt very bad.
