The room was smart and spacious, the decor modern, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen facilities very useful. The location was perfect for me. Diamant metro stop is just a couple of hundred metres away.

The staff is great, the location too in a nice neighbourhood with shops, reasonably close to the city center, the general idea of room with kitchen is also very convenient

The room looks kind of old and exploited, the rug on the floor has seen ages of clients probably, the cleanness raises questions as all, like bed sheets didn't seem to have been properly washed after the previous client

Quiet district. The tram station is nearby, just a couple of minutes walk. Spacious room. Full bath tube and hot water. Ironing facilities in the room.

There were not the coffee machine in my room, thought it was advertised for my type of apartment. Even thought I did online check-in, I did not receive any pin code for entrance and had to do normal check-in again. The heater in room did not work, and it was too cold. The kitchen utensils were passable, also no frying pan. The next day after my check-in someone entered the room without any knocking or asking. Later I was told that it might probably was cleaning. But at the same time for long stay the cleaning is just once a week, and they do say at least "hello, cleaning/housekeeping". Of course, the pin codes were changed, but still, this kind of things should not happen at all.

Check in only available until around 5pm. Had to help a lot of people try check in as there was no option for them to do it but luckily I had a QR code to do it. No one would answer the phone also so they were forced to stay at another hotel after paying for this one.

Relatively close to the national airport, good public transport. Communication was very smooth. The kitchenette had microwave, fridge etc.. Good storage for longer stay. The windows faced the busy street so be prepared for a bit noise. Generally, good value for money.

I was little bit disappointed with the bathroom - it wasn´t very clean.

The entrance staff was really helpful and very nice.

The room floors are in carpet and it was dirty, with a lot of stains. Besides it wasn't very well cleaned, the vacumm cleaner did not pass everywhere.

I liked the room with a comfortable bed, shower had a good pressure and it came with the amenities of a hotel room.

The receptionist knocks on every door in the morning, telling people to check out. That's degrading in my opinion because we KNOW we have to check out, no need to knock on doors. But also, they provided minimal tea and coffee with no milk options. The bathroom has hairs everywhere I turned (the sink, the bathtub, the bath wall and towel), the 85euros deposit is ridiculous and there's no gym!!! For the price per night, it wasn't worth it.

The bed was not comfortable. Double bed was bed out of 2 single beds.

The room size was good, comfortable chairs, Wi-Fi worked perfect, friendly staff.

When I entered the room I felt that the previous person smoked electronic cigarettes, I felt that odor all the period I stayed. Also it was absent the controller of heating, thus it was working at its maximum. It was impossible to stay in the room. I asked to remove the controller from the radiator from the staircase and put on mine. It worked just because I put it personally. Pillows were too thick. The waste water didn't go out well in the sink. The air conditioner just makes noise but doesn't do anything. I found two fork and spoon with food rests. The staff was very friendly but actually helpless. Washing machine in laundry section was working but dryer didn't.

I loved the big and soft bed and the place was spacious. There was a handy kitchenette available, but for one night it wasn't anything I needed. Good thick curtains available to block out light from the big window. The location is great when attending an event at BluePoint.

I didn't like the old cigarettes smell in the place. There was quite some noise from the traffic despite being on the 5th floor. I could also hear people talking in the corridor too. Thank God for earplugs. There were many stains in the carpet floor. The shower handle didn't stay upright (I should have notified staff but it was late in the evening that I had a shower, and forgot to do it in the morning)
