Nu este curat!!! foarte mizerabil datorită lucrărilor de șantier care se fac în hotel … un meneger care pe lângă faptul ca nu știe ce face mai și vorbește urat ….

Hotel a éviter de gros travaux à partir de 8h et ce n est pas indiqué lors de l achat de la chambre!!! ils ont meme percer dans notre chambre hier matin heureusement on venait de prendre notre douche… voir photos ils nous ont reloger et rembourser 25% de la nuit… tu as aussi des ouvrier a la fenetre le matin car il refont la facade bien fermer les rideaux Si non le quartier horrible surtout le soir si vous rentrer après 22h du centre on se sent en insécurité prévoir un uber meme pour 500metres

The location of the hotel is convenient for MIDI Station, but there are lots of street people about, so not a comfortable experience for a solo traveler. This was made worse by the hotel front being totally covered in scaffolding and plastic sheeting so you couldn’t see who was lurking outside the entrance.

The hotel is a building site, walls are being knocked through and apart from the breakfast area there are no public spaces fit to use. While the staff are doing a marvellous job of keeping the cement dust down, the dust still gets tracked into the bedroom/corridor. The bedroom was seriously in need of renovation, cracked tiles and mildewed seals in the bathroom, and so dark that you could hardly see to read - made worse by the scaffolding and plastic sheeting outside the window. Building noise started early, even during breakfast so definitely not a relaxing stay.

Overall, the service is impressive, but its elevated price tag is a significant drawback that may limit its accessibility to a broader audience. Finding a more competitive pricing strategy or offering discounts could help address this issue.

Location 3 mins from Brussels Midi Station

The smell as one entered the hotel, musty and damp smell, smacks you in the face. Also no central heating there was a plug in heater which was not switched on, considering it winter and it was a precooked room. Bathroom was not clean hair and some stain in the wash basin Carpet grimey

Uitgebreid ontbijt, goede locatie, vriendelijk personeel, alles was netjes, prijs/kwaliteit zeer goed

Die Lage ist zu empfehlen. Liegt in der Nähe vom Bahnhof Midi und in Stadt ca. 1 km.

Ohne einen Vermerk bzw. Hinweis bei der Buchung war das Hotel eine reine Baustelle und wurde komplett saniert. Der Treppenaufgang war provisorisch begehbar und überall hingen Kabel heraus. Der Staub kroch in alle Ritzen und es roch im Zimmer aus den Schächten nach Kanalisation. Überall rohe und unverkleidete Wände im Hotel. Fahrstuhl während des gesamten Aufenthaltes defekt, obwohl eine Reparatur am nächsten Tag in Aussicht gestellt wurde. Im Nachgang zur Regulierung des Reisepreise kein Entgegenkommen. Nicht zu empfehlen....vielleicht, wenn die Renovierung abgeschlossen ist. Kann aber noch dauern und wir checken definitv nicht wieder ein. Übrigens im Aussenbereich, im Innenhof ist auch noch eine Baustelle. 07:00 Uhr geht der Betonmischer an.

To start with no Parking facilities, the rooms were super dirty and not clean at all. You would see water-drained marks all over the shower and bathroom. The shower cover is super dirty. You would smell a strong pungent smell in the room. There was a big hole in the corridor on the 1st floor. If you are going with kids, be aware of it. Breakfast has literally no options, and all the cutleries are super smelly. There was no staff in the breakfast room and, you get to realize soon that no one is helping you. The front office staff is not great. If you are traveling with family, I would recommend it as NOT a safe place to stay. Actually don't go there! It's not worth the money.

rooms too small. NO internet in the room. You have to go to their cramped lobby. It was so inconvenient. They dont realize that we are in the internet age and not providing in room fast internet can upset guests. with the high rates they charge, they should provide better internet, The management is not thinking well. Poor internet makes unhappy guests.

Cosy and comfortable room. Better price than others nearby.

The hotel was undergoing renovations so we did not experience it at its best.

Really close to the station, you can hear all the train arriving and living. You could also hear the closed room as if there were no walls.

they take the deposit and they don’t give back

right next to Gare du midi. everything worked in my room. comfy bed. great view from the 5th floor.

there was building works going on (temporary). and it was cold in the reception/breakfast area (it was minus 5 outside)
