Sehr freundliches Personal, Lage relativ nah am Zentrum, dass man sich kosten für den ÖPNV sparen kann, wenn man gerne läuft.

Etwas verwohnt, hier und da Stellen die erneuert werden könnten. Badezimmer hat auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Föhn funktioniert aber schlecht. Sonst aber sauber.

Buen hotel en relación calidad-precio. Modesto en sus instalaciones, pero funcional y perfecto para un viaje corto a Bruselas.

The position of the hotel is great, with lots of stores and restaurants nearby, close to the city center and main attractions, also close to subway stations. Staff was nice and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed and good shower.

Unfortunately there was only one power outlet working in my room, which had to be used to recharge my phone, so there was no way of using the mini fridge, kettle, and lamp at the same time. I asked for a power strip, but they didn't have one available.

Café da manhã excelente! Localização muito boa, próxima à estação de metrô Louise, que leva à diversos pontos que precisamos durante nossa estadia, como Atomium, estação Midi/Zuid. Também é tranquilo para ir caminhando aos principais pontos de interesse turístico da cidade. A equipe é muito cortes e educada. Nos receberam muito bem, oferecendo café e água assim que chegamos. O banheiro é bom. É possível deixar as bagagens guardadas caso você ainda vá passear em Bruxelas no dia do check out.

O hotel é antigo, mas nada que desabone a nossa estadia. Não houve nenhum ponto para reclamarmos.

The elevator is a bit cramped

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, a bathroom with spacious shower cabin. Good breakfast (included in booking). Get up earlier and enjoy the almost empty breakfast space, with all the meal already waiting for you. Later may be too many people. A lady, who takes care of breakfast, was especially polite and helpful!

As reviews say, in your room you hear everything, that goes on in the corridor, and as loud as if people were in the same room. But if you read reviews, you are prepared for it.

the beds were confortable. Breakfast was good. Location is good. staff was friendly. we could leave our luggage there on the last day. lot of restaurants nearby

we had a bad neighbor...he was talking on th phone until midnight, after that he watched TV pretty loud. It was annoying. although the bed was confortable, it had wheels and it moved a bit while we were sitting on it. Pillows were a bit big for my taste but it was ok.

Room was a decent size and hotel in a good enough location. Plenty of wardrobe space plus a decent shower.

Plug in the room was faulty so I couldn't always charge my phone properly when I needed. Also having a hole in the wall to the outside covered by a door may have caused a slight draft.

Very nice location, on a main street where lots of shops around. Grand Place qnd other historic sights are in walking distance. Close to Metro. Uber from Zuid Midi Train Station costs only €8.

During entire 3 days of our stay, the lift was out of order. It wasn’t a big deal for us, bu we’ve seen some other elder guests having difficulty to climb up.
