I chose it because it’s near Soho House where I was having a meeting.

Room was fine - but there are zero facilities at this hotel. I mean nothing apart from the room.

Have stayed here several times as my brother lives and works nearby so it is convenient.

It is not as clean or as well maintained as it was a number of years ago. Very few utensils/no frying pan etc in the kitchen.

Great location, room size is very reasonable considering the price, shower is good. Staff is friendly to super-friendly.

location - 4 mins walk to MTR, 3 mins walk to Hollywood Road, 7-9 mins to LWF, SOHO, Central, etc excellent staff at reception/concierge

Theres is not a hotel. Apartments, much lower rooms size than declared

The room came with an induction cooker though we did not get to use it. The room decor was comfortably modern. The breakfast offered was interesting and the reception team were warm and helpful.

Unfortunately the hotel only offered double beds and I preferred Twin.

Location is nice. Near the subway. That's it.

It all started with the fact that my girlfriend was refused to be accommodated in a room, although she had my passport in her hands. She had to go for a walk without internet while I was busy at the exhibition. Because her name was not in the booking. Then they refused to let me in without a passport until my girlfriend returned. Then they asked for a deposit for the room, I was asked to withdraw 3,000 HKD in cash. Why do I need the local currency if I then fly out of the country? When paying by card, the return of the deposit takes 1 month! We were then taken to a room that smelled horribly of mold. Thank God there were other rooms available. Otherwise, we had to smell this stench. When booking, I paid for breakfast. It turned out that breakfast is offered in neighboring cafes. At the same time, I paid MORE EXPENSIVE for breakfast than I would have paid in the cafe itself on the spot. Also I would not be tied to their choice, but would go to any restaurant of my choice. Absolutely not customer oriented. The room was very uncomfortable and not well thought out. By paying 30% more I could have stayed at Hayatt hotel or similar. This is worst place for the amount spent you can find.
