Staff was accomodating to me requesting for room changes

Room was dirty , after the first night of my stay, my leg was filled with bites . Subsequent days my family members all had bites on their legs and when we flipped over the sheets it was filled with black specks and dust underneath the sheets. Room was too small for comfort and olympic station is stated near but if with elderly best not to. We had to book taxi every day to go out. They have shuttle bus but its for every hour only.

The hotel is well located, not too far from the metro. They also offer a shuttle bus toreach some hot spots of the city but not the "centrum". The room is comfortable even if it's small.

The bathroom in the room is quite small but it's not a problem for short stays. Also hope that there are not many people in the lift with you, it might take long to reach your floor.

The staff are nice and friendly and the environment is acceptable except the room is quite small but I know it's common in HK.

I left a note requesting the rooms to be single beds or twin beds only when making my reservation. When we arrived, I reinstated the request again when we did the check-in and the female receptionist said ''yes, we'll take good care of that." They didn't give us the keys as the rooms were still under cleaning. However, when we came back to get the keys, it was a bit late and the male receptionist told us that they only had the 3-bed room left, leaving us no choice. I see there's an issue with their internal communication but we were too exhausted to argue. With one more bed in the room, the room looks super SMALL.

Adorei a localização, tinha muitas lojas em redor do hotel, desde 7/11 ao McDonalds mesmo do outro lado da rua. O metro fica a cerca de 10 minutos a pé mas faz-se muito bem a caminhada e encontramos mais restaurantes e lojas pelo caminho. O shuttle do hotel foi o que mais gostámos, permitiu-nos chegar muito mais comodamente (e gratuito!) a certos pontos da cidade sem termos que nos preocupar com horários e que metros ou autocarros apanhar. Termos água gratuita no hotel também ajudou imenso! Conseguíamos água para o dia todo e estava sempre fresquinha. Todo o staff é super amável e estão sempre prontos a ajudar, seja a chamar um táxi ou apenas abrir a porta, sentimo-nos sempre bem recebidas.

Infelizmente, o pequeno almoço não correspondeu às nossas expectativas. Apenas num dia tivemos ovos mexidos e bacon, nos outros só tinha salsichas e ovos cozidos (não somos fãs destas comidas ao pequeno almoço..) Faltou também leite quente e mais escolha de pão, tínhamos apenas croissants e pão de forma. Mesmo estando no 10º andar ouvia-se muito o barulho da rua.. As primeiras noites foram um pouco difícil de nos habituarmos

Small rooms, but that’s expected in all of HK. Given the space, the rooms are really nice, bright, modern, homey, with large windows, a large mirror. Small but nice bathroom. Big on sustainability – bamboo toothbrushes, emphasis on water saving, towel reuse, etc.

I was charged an additional sort of tax upon checkout so my total was higher than what was confirmed on my booking reservation (even though it had said that all taxes were already included).

Die Mitarbeiter am Check In waren sehr freundlich. In der Nähe befinden sich ein paar kleine Supermärkte z.b 7 Eleven um etwas zu kaufen. Zur U Bahn läuft man ca 8 min.

Die Zimmer waren sehr klein, die Klimaanlage war so laut das kein Schlaf möglich war. Da das Hotel fast ausgebucht war mussten wir sehr lange warten bis der Aufzug kommt ca bis zu 10 min. Das Frühstück war auch sehr schlecht. Allgemein waren wir vom Hotel etwas enttäuscht.

The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a shuttle bus to go to attractions which was one of the reasons I picked this hotel. We made use of the shuttle twice (The shuttle bus goes to Ladies Market, Temple Street, Star Ferry, Kowloon MTR). However, as Ladies Market and Temple Street Market are not opened during the day time, it was not too useful as the shuttle is only until 6pm (from hotel) and 645pm (last stop back at hotel). Unfortunately, the stop for Star Ferry was still a long walk to the ferry terminal. The stop, which we made use of to go to Kowloon Station was the most useful for us (as we had to go to the High Speed Rail West Kowloon Station, which is linked but is a 10-15min walk).

The hotel was having renovation for the lobby when we were there on 16 April to 19 April 2024, so the check-in was at the car park area. Also the lifts, as already mentioned by the other reviewers, were very slow, as there were only 2 lifts during the renovation and when the lobby was renovated, there seemed to be more lifts (but not clear as when we left, the renovation was still incomplete. Would it be better after renovation? Hopefully, as it is a 27-storey building) The Comfort Twin room was tiny - it was a tight squeeze for 2 person - I believe you can get a larger room for the price (we did get a much larger and comfortable room during another few days' stay when we stayed at Hong Kong Island). Location was not exactly near an MTR - still need a 7-10min walk.

Überaus freundliches Personal, ob Rezeption, Restaurant, Zimmerpflege. Sehr sauber und mit Hotel Shuttle schnell in der City. MTR 10 Minuten zu Fuß

Frühstück war sehr eintönig aber okay. Zimmer sehr wenig Stauraum(man muss aus dem Koffer leben), hellhörig

Nice staff, clean room. Location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants. MTR was about 10 min walk.

Small room, but that's kinda normal in HK. It took ages for the elevator to come. Their explanation was that the hotel was fully booked when I was staying there, but I stayed there 3 times and it's always the case. I think 2 elevators is just not enough for the amount of guests.

Great location, clean room, and friendly staff. There were also a DIY washer and dryer on site located in a private spot. The fee (HKD40) was reasonable for each cycle.

The room was a bit small, but it was expected for a hotel room at this convenient (city) location. Yet, the facilities were sufficient or efficient.

Cozy room, quiet, 24 hr front desk (I landed at 330am), GYM! Treadmill, elliptical and weights to 25db. Filtered water in gym. Toothbrush and good soap in bathroom.

Windows were hard to see out of, very dirty. It’s a queen bed but I’m 6’2 and my feet hung off the bed so I just had to lie diagonal

Great location, stones throw from some great local cuisine restaurants, and comfortable walking distance from Olympic Station (Tung Chung Line) and Mong Kok Station (Kwun Tong Line and Tsuen Wan Line).

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Lots of eateries opposite the hotel. Enjoyed the shuttle bus that the hotel provide.

Just the waiting time for the lift during peak hours was a little slower but it’s all good.

The hotel was a relaxing place to come back to after roaming around the busy streets. The room was spotless with a stunning view, super friendly and helpful staff, wonderful essential services (breakfast, laundryroom, gym, shuttle bus, 24h reception). Fully recommend :)

The location is great and relatively close to 2 MTR lines. There is a shuttle to take you to the MTR line as well which is fantastic. The staff are friendly and the rooms are very comfortable and clean

The elevators were insanely slow. In the mornings, we had to wait over 15 minutes and ended up walking down. The bathrooms are also quite compact.

The Hotel well located, most of everything next to the hotel ( mini market, 7eleven, Restaurants ( Chinese & Korean), McDonald is front of the hotel door,salon,…) The Olympic MTR station is just straight to the hotel five minutes by walk. You can hangout everywhere and easily to find the MTR station to back to your hotel location, you must need to have Octopus card to can easily use it for the MTR access as cannot access by cash or any other cards, and better to have Local SIM card for Easy use the Maps and to make your life more easy. The hotel teams are wonderful, from reception teams and concierge are wonderful and helpful, meanwhile thanks to my housekeeper she was lovely and very polite. The hotel has a bus shuttle to drop you in some of selected locations which is complimentary, I haven’t use it since I prefer to use the MTR more convenient but in case you need the teams are very happy to help you. A big THANKS. To the hotels teams from the management teams to the all employees for making my Birthday more enjoyable and made my trip fabulous and unforgettable, I have really enjoyed a lot the Beautiful view from my room floor 27th it’s so stunning you can see the night lights it’s amazing. Thank you so much for pampering me and made my Birthday more special. I am so grateful.

repeat guest for a few times. the location and the food choices nearby is one of the best. the room size and cleanliness is perfect for me. I only wish the filtered water dispenser was on every floor:)

The room is super small and the bed too. Doesn’t suit for a 1.86 man, legs lay just out of bed The hotel didn’t inform that they planned maintenance works, when we arrived we had to check in at the parking and use the back door, creepy Also only one elevator worked!. The building has 27 floors and it was fully booked. It took up to 15 minutes to wait for the lift. The hotel offers the worst breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel. It’s literally: eggs, ham, baked beans, bread, cereals and 1 type of fruits. That’s it. How possible for 4 stars hotel?

20階の部屋でした。部屋に入った時に眺めがよくて、明るくていい気分になりました。 バスルームもコンパクトでタイルがかわいい。 駅からは少し遠かったけど(徒歩10分程度)旺角からは大きい通りを通るので夜11時過ぎの1人歩きでも不安はありませんでした。Olympic駅からも乗れるので散策には大変便利。マックが目の前にあります

椅子の、掃除がしにくいぎゅっとなっているところで虫が死んでたりゴミのカスがたまっていた。他はとても綺麗な部屋だったので残念。 改装中でエレベーターが1つしか動いてなかったのか、朝なかなか来なかった。

Regular Free Bus Shuttles from the Hotel to key Metro Lines. Easy access to 7-11s and McCafe for Breakfast.

I liked their focus on sustainability. Relatively close to the Olympic MTR station. Conveniently located for small grocery needs. The self service laundry room is great.

Location is great! Close to lots of multi-cultural eating places.

Room and bathroom is a bit small compared to Dorsett Wan Chai.

Rowdy neighbourhood with construction around Rooms are small

location convenient to travelers as it is near to MTR Olympic and Olympian City, surrounded by local food stalls as well which brings lots of food choices, bus and mini bus are also accessible, walking distance to Mong Kok approximately 15mins, staffs are kind and very helpful

for those who prefers large room may opt for other choices, soundproof was slightly lower that expected, air-conditioning too cold during my stay in end of February and i only can turn off to let the room warm (but it would be good during summer season)
