Loved the villa. Loved the clean pool & the ambiance of the pool area, though it was quite small. Staff were great. Cleaning quite good (but see note re sewage smell). Bed comfy on Asian standards. Location quite good, 5 mins walk out to Legian main Rd (plenty of shops & restaurants close by) & 15 mins walk to Legian beachfront. The main pool & Bar area looked lovely & would be a great place to meet other guests but there were very few chairs & none ever available so we werent able to try it out without sitting on the ground.

The main bathroom in bedroom villa 23 has a serious sewage stench, obviously it's been a problem for some time as there was a battery smelly sprayer on the wall to attempt to cover it which just made the room smell as though the flowers had farted & also made the bedroom smell of sickly sewage flowers any time you opened the bathroom door! Luckily we could use the bathroom in the other room as we were just 1 couple staying, though it was still inconvenient. When reported to staff, they said oh dear &, I'm guessing, nothing will be done about it.

Staff were very kind and made our stay very comfortable. Location is great and the pool cooled you down after a hot day!

The location in Seminyak was great, fairly close to beach, amid good shopping and restaurants. The staff at this property were outstanding, helpful and supportive with any little request that we had. I also loved the traditional styling of the villas and furnishings, it really felt like we were in Bali but with some nice modern styling and home comforts too. The room servicing was maintained to a very high standard every single day of our 16 day stay.

The hot water cylinder was small so the hot water ran out quickly, disappointing when there was a beautiful big bath but we could only half fill it.

Aircon was effective and quiet. Breakfast service to the room was very convenient

Pool needs an extra level on the step for getting out of the pool and perhaps a grab rail for the seniors

Very dirty and unkept. The sheets and towels were badly maintained.

The staff are so lovely and the location is perfect too, literally down the road from the beach and so many shops and places to eat. The room was absolutely beautiful and the room service was delicious. We will be back!!

Villas with private pools are rarely crappy. This place was lovely. Location great. Quiet and out of the way. Perhaps a little daunting for a solo female to wander to at night.

The pool wasn’t full enough for the filter to work. Water was murky, so we told the staff who suggested there wasn’t anything wrong with it. We filled the pool up ourselves and filter started working.

In villa and public pool well maintained. Housekeeping staff did an excellent thorough job cleaning our villa daily with towels folded into beautiful animals for my kids' room especially. Gardener goes into villa daily to clean the pool and the surrounding of fallen leaves. Tried room service too. Food is not too bad. Had acai bowl and nasi goreng. Maintenance guys are fast to arrive when we mentioned of the squeaky sound from the doors. Overall a good experience at this property.

Although the fresh towels are clean and smell wonderful, there are yellow stains on it. Otherwise no other issues.

the location was great , the villas are private and the staff were great . our bathroom door came away from the frame and the staff weee straight onto fixing it and changed our rooms straight away . Very accommodating . There is a main pool in the complex with a bar area “Charlie “ the barman was entertaining and fun . The breakfast choices were good .

Was in a quiet location. Villa was a great size. Bed was comfortable. Staff and food was amazing.

The open roof shower was right next to the villa next door and had to listen to everything the people were doing in their bathroom.

Clean, well appointed villas, with private plunge pools. Located close to Seminyak restaurants and shopping, walking distance to the beach. The wi-fi was very fast, with a strong signal, and they have very professional and accommodating staff, who are extremely quick to resolve any issue.

The food offered in room service was not the greatest, but still okay. Better value at many local eateries located on the street. The bath tubs are slightly tired, with cracks and as such appear to be a bit unclean, and the shower can be difficult to regulate water temperature.

The food. The food really was a letdown..no flavour,bland and often cold. Also the villas need refurbishing. New painting etc Outdoor area needs a more powerful fan and the pillows need replacing. Also fan in bathroom is needed urgently. Great friendly staff.

Like others have said, it has such great potential but it needs to be maintained better. When it rained the water gushed from the sides of the terrace area. Bathroom was semi outdoors so it got super wet and dirty from the storm. Hopefully they will listen to the customers and update their facilities. Kitchen also needed more utensils.
