櫃台可以英語溝通沒有問題，餐廳的阿姨雖然不會英文但是手勢加肢體語言沒有問題👌。退房後的接送服務很貼心，可以讓我們先把行李寄放，要離開的時候直接送到車站，真的很貼心！

Lovely room with exceptional view., in an almost mid century building where hospitality is paramount. Traditional Japanese meals were delicious and interesting - like works of art. Onsen were clean and spacious. Very well organised. Staff were friendly and attentive, knowledgeable and helpful.

There was only one pillow option, which suited neither of us. It made for a slightly uncomfortable sleep. A very small issue for an otherwise perfect stay.

我們很幸運住到B館（比較靠中間一點點）房間窗戶打開就看得到富士山，房間也比照片看起來還要寬敞，兩個行李箱打開沒問題👍雖然因爲懷孕不能去泡湯，但是爸爸媽媽都說還不錯

Hotel provide free shuttle service to and from Kawaguchiko Station. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, they helped us arrange bicycle rental and dinner reservation on the spot. Great Mount Fuji view from our hotel room and the building also has two well maintained onsen facilities for female and male travellers. We really enjoy our stay.

Wow,. We wanted to have the best view of Fuji to wake up to and got it! The staff make you feel you are at a 5 star hotel. with oustanding service from all staff members. Went to the tourist information centre at the train station, they called the shuttle bus for pick up.. We got off and 2 staff members welcomed us. Check in staff were lovely. Our room view was amazing! We sat on the chairs and had drinks and were in awe of the sight. The beds were comfortable and the room was nice enough. Great bathroom. We chose the dinner and breakfast package. The dinner was great! There wasn't anything I didn't like and the Lady assisted us as we weren't sure how to cook things etc but she did it for us. She was so patient and fun. Breakfast, a different lady and she was very kind and answered our questions about the food through translate. We loved both the Ladies. It was a great experience to have a Japanese breakfast. Reception lady helped us with a coffee request and we got some beautiful post cards upon leaving. Oh.. and we walked along the lake in the morning and it was beautiful. A staff member came across the road and offered to take our photo in front of Mt Fuji. It was so nice of her as it's a great memory. This place was a great choice. The lake is so peaceful and so relaxing. We thank the all the staff for a memorable stay.

Perfect location on the lake to see Mt. Fuji. They have a shuttle that takes you back and forth to the bus/train station. We stayed here before and after our Mt. Fuji hike and they took us to the station to catch the bus to the 5th Station at 0600. The onsen was wonderful! There are 2 onsens that are both lovely!

Very friendly service, helpful picking us up and driving us back to the Kawaguchiko station, gave us helpful route to Hakone (This time google map is not very useful); Onsen was good.

Dinner and breakfast was included in our package They were traditional Japanese meals and a little overwhelming in the range of food that was available, with us having a bit of difficulty in navigating the many elements of it that were available. It was however and interesting experience

Booked the Japanese-Style Room with Mt.Fuji and Lake View, together with Dinner & Breakfast as we want to enjoy the hotel to the fullest. Amazing view from the balcony! Food portion was more than enough and both meals were delicious. All staffs were warm and friendly. Ended the trip with a great photo taken by the staff.

Room walls are thin. Hotel was pretty full during our stay and we could hear our neighbours talking and moving about.

great view of mt fuji and the lake. right in front of our window. onsen has great view of mt fuji too. but they rotate male and female onsen. so when it was our turn (female) to use the onsen on the 7th floor, the sky was already dark and we couldn't see any view. The onsen on the basement is a bubbling one and was therapeutic to soak. The staff is helpful with the tourist attractions, luggage and even help us cross the road in front the hotel safely. We upgraded our dinner plan to snow crab and were thoroughly satisfied with the meal.

The hotel was a bit paranoid with the disinfection to prevent corona virus. So before we can put down our luggage and carry-ons, we were directed first to disinfect our hands. The amenities like hair brush, towels, lotion etc were also removed from the onsen (except the bathing area) and they still practiced safe distancing so there were fewer hairdryer. we could understand why but it was a bit inconvenient. The safe guard was not practiced thoroughly though as the waitress mixed up our cups when we asked for refills. food was laid before we go for our meals. Some food could be heated up, but some not. So we found our tempura cold.

The scenic view of Mount Fuji from our room was just stunning! We were served a large variety of traditional dishes for both dinner and breakfast that were nicely prepared before we arrived. I liked that there are two different Onsen that alternate between Ladies & Gentlemen. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful!

The view in our room would have been even better if the windows would have been cleaner. The mini-fridge was making too much noise occasionally, but we could still sleep. Wifi was very slow.

very good hotel, my best experience during the days i spent in Sapporo. They will send staff to pick you up and carry all the luggages without saying. Even to the room! Love it will recommend to all my friends!!!!
