The breakfast was a spread, very traditional Japanese breakfast. Could see mt Fuji from the room, though not a good enough angle to take a nice pic of it. Staff will come in automatically in the evening to lay out the futons (Japanese traditional bed). Very spacious room (able to open 2 large luggage’s and still have walking space!) and toilet

Would be most convenient to drive in, it would be quite a walk pushing your luggage from the station.

The view is so beautiful u can see the fuji mt from the window. The staff is so friendly and helpful! <3 We requested breakfast for muslim friendly and they did it <3

Personeel is super vriendelijk! Heel respectvol. Een traditionele kamer, het slapen op de grond op de tatami matten (met matras) was even een verrassing. Maar super leuk om dat te ervaren. Wij hebben er 1 nachtje geslapen. Ik weet niet of het nog een nachtje zou kunnen.

Awesome cosy ryokan. Superb good service from the staff and I think the old guy is the owner 😆. Pick up is on time from the Kawaguchiko station and warm welcome from the hotel . Omg the dinner and breakfast is amazing served . We hope to come back again for the next stay .

Amazing stay in this wonderful Ryokan. The staff was so nice and welcoming! When we arrived by car, one of the staff was already waiting for us to take us the luggages and everybody was so smiley and nice. The futons are very comfortable and the Onsen at the last floor overlooking the lake and the mount Fuji is simple yet beautiful. The japanese breakfast was also amazing. I highly recommend this Ryokan for your stay.

Great hotel stay with a view of Fuji! The staff were super friendly during our stay, and the shuttle to/from the station was very convenient.

The property was beautiful and clean and the staff were extremely friendly, accommodating, and helpful! They were able to speak English and help schedule a pickup from the train station. We had breakfast which was excellent as well with a great variety of high quality dishes.

Everything was fantastic, from the room to the staff, the quality of my stay exceeded my expectations! Everyone was very helpful, I even got free shuttle services to the station, as well as pickup. The food was absolutely delicious and the view from my room was incredible. The onsen was perfect. 10/10 would recommend!

Breakfast was so good. We didn’t know that dinner had to be booked few days in advance and missed out. The service was superb, we left a watch there and they contacted us proactively and shipped it back.
