It's always a pleasure to stay in this unic hotel so lovely runned and with such a kind receptionist as Miriam.It makes you feel home. Very original building with warm folkoric and elegant style in the heart of Barranco. Room are clean and comfortable. They are also very flexible ,when i asked them to change room cause one was smelling slightly of humid(which is unavoidable in an old building in Lima),they gave me immediately a better bigger room without asking for an extra.In the past they have allowed me to keep my bags there for a little extra cost,or to pay after check out when i had problem with me card. I can only recommend!

Wonderful environment of an old elegant house from the past. Feels cozy and familiar.

Nothing, everything was good. But I'll reccomend adding an extra light in the room, like an indirect light in one corner so to give one last touch of cozyness.

Beautiful old house with high ceilings and located in the best area of Lima. We had a room away from the street and it was amazingly quiet. Friendly staff and nice breakfast.

My only dislike was the slight smell of moist from the old wood, but we let some fresh air in a few times a day and no problem.

Amazing staff, convenient location, and a wonderful building. I loved the wooden floors, high ceilings, and shuttered windows. Our room came with a seperate seating area with a coffee table where we enjoyed our room service from the downstairs restaurant. We also had real coffee and a delicious fruit bowl as compliments to the standard eggs and bread breakfast!

Everything was better than expectations! Street noise was a minor nuisance but that's the same anywhere in a big city.

The restaurant was cute, convenient and delicious. The hotel was only a short walk away from a scenic beach overlook and they accommodated us with an early breakfast.

The staff didn’t speak English well so communication was difficult at times

The staff were super nice. I accidentally left gloves and a charger and they offered to ship it to me. The building is gorgeous and there was a very nice sitting area on a shaded balcony.

The bathroom's ventilation isn't the best.

Good budget hotel. We got in late from our flight and stayed one day. It was a bit of a more "rustic" hotel but we knew that going in. The breakfast was great, the internet was great, the shower was hot. It had all we needed. The staff were wonderful!

It met our expectations of an older budget hotel. No frills, no fancy linens, soaps, or art on the walls. Super basic but the price was reflected as such. No notes :)
