The hotel is amazing in so many ways: excellent location in the absolute best part of Lima and in walking distance to great restaurants: Awicha, Isolina, Kjolle; the most comfortable beds in the world; fabulous rooftop terrace and bar with a drink called Chingon; and an incredible perfume smell that reminds me so much of all the great hotels in SE Asia. Fantastic breakfast with do much selection including lots of non-breakfast items like chicken in cream sauce, olives, cáptese salad and hummus, plus all the egg dishes as well.

it’s pricey so I suppose that’s a drawback for some.

The hotel hit the mark. it was clean, great service and a very charming place with a huge art collection spread over the house. while it’s a boutique hotel, it didn’t lack athmosphere as the restaurant/ bar seems to be a popular destination. the rooms are far enough from the restaurant that one gets to enjoy the vibrant hotel and yet retain full privacy once in the rooms.

Loud in the evenings - you could hear the music from the hotel bar. Very poor ventilation in the room - the smell from kitchen was in the room for the entire stay. The lack of amenties like gym or sauna. Very overpriced - the stay and additional services.

The Hotel is amazing. The rooms are super nice , the stuff is very friendly and the breakfast is amazing. The location is my favourite in Lima . Stroll around the little streets and you will find nice restaurants, cute coffee shops and nice concepts stores. Btw - the Bar is also good for cocktails and dinner .

The room, very nice room. Just what we were looking for.

The mattress was in terrible condition. We wanted to relax and watch a movie; very limited channel options. No Gluten Free options in the menu. Breakfast menu can be improved. Tried to charge me for a water that was supposedly included.

The staff were so amazing and helpful. They made us feel so welcome and answered our questions on where to find everything we needed in Barranco. The ambiance and vibe were great; I really liked the artwork and the music.

They no longer offer complimentary tea time and the breakfast is no longer "all you can eat". This has been disappointing.

For that price one could expect a bit better breakfast... laying 100+$ per night in Peru is I would say upper class already but the breakfast was kind of mediocre.

good location, only 1 min from the sea front. Barranco is awesome and we felt safe at all times. The hotel is close to a lot of museums, bars and galleries. The building is awesome. (from outside & inside). You really feel like back in the time.

We booked a junior suite and expected a lovely stay with a cute room and kind service. But unfortunately it didn't meet our expectations. The room looked like it was under construction, the ceiling was falling off on some parts, mold in the bathroom. The worst thing was, that the room had no privacy at all, you could hear every single word in the hallway, so obviously they could hear us too. So NOT soundproof at all, as promised as one of the features of the room. Beside the noise from the rooftop, where the stuff was moving furnitures every night until 01.00am in the morning. Of course we asked for another room, but they declined without even trying to give us a better room. They said this is the only room with bathtub, and we booked this suite because of that, so we had no other choice, than to stay - smart move of them. In the first night, there was a terrible noise at 02:00am in the middle of night for almost 30 min, like the sounds of and air condition, only 20x louder, we felt like in the machine room of big yacht. On 08:30am the room service knocked at our door and woke us up, the sad thing we didn't even ordered breakfast. So slowly we start thinking they must have a problem with us and we felt very uncomfortable. When going down in the lobby the guys from the reception were not even looking at us, so we start trying to spend as less time in Hotel B as possible. On the next day my girlfriend felt a little sick and we ordered hot water for a tea to the room. "no problem" ... we waited and waited until we realised they will not bring us the hot water, very disappointing. I regret so much not talking to the manager, because I really can't imagine, that this is the standard of Hotel B. When we checked out, we complained again and all they do is not charging us the one beer we ordered (and another one, that we haven't even ordered - ridiculous!). In the end they overcharged me, of course.., but this is fortunately is covered by Booking.

Pertect location in the hip bohemian neighbourhood of Barranco, full of art, architechture and cafes all around. Short walk to the pacific ocean. Staff was excellent, breakfast was made fresh and varied, and they even attended at small change requests in the brunch menu. All around an amazing experience.

The first morning we had a small issue with our breakfast (we waited for 40 min with no drinks or food), but it was promptly resolved by one of the managers, and the rest of the days went perfectly.

Beautiful hotel with stunning design. Great experience overall. They have great rooftop bar and restaurant. Definitely will stay here again when I am back in Lima.

Firstly the hotel is absolutely gorgeous and you feel like you are in an art museum. The rooftop bar is also quite nice to look over the city and to the ocean and has great vibes. Also the service is great and they are very kind; communicative and helpful- even made me a to go breakfast before a very early morning tour. Additionally the room was impeccably clean and the shower was incredible.

If you have a room on the second floor (as many/all are?) you won’t be able to sleep very much… the music and noise from the rooftop bar are very loud and go until 11pm.. and if you would like to sleep in you cannot either as the music begins again in the morning. This was very frustrating as I really needed to rest after so much travel. The bed was also very uncomfortable.

The room was impecable. The bathtub is amazing, shower has good pressure, relaxing for sure. We were celebrating our wedding’s first month anniversary, and they left a nice card and chocolates for us! That was really nice.

The hotel has restaurants that are open to public reservations. If you are a host, you are no priority for the bar/restaurants. We made reservations to both the rooftop bar and the restaurant via the hotel (not via the restaurant) and were given the tiniest tables in both. After a drink, we realized the table and seats weren’t comfortable, went back to the room and ordered room service. Food was ok too.
