We loved our stay at the property. Staff was so polite and helpful. Food was so good!! Chef Amit personally attended guests and recommend what they should try and Pool was cherry on the top!

This hotel is not worthy to be called as a Hyatt property . It would’ve a deamenor to all Hyatt properties around the globe . My 4 yr old daughter met with an accident . Thanks to the ill shaped coffee table in room with aluminium legs which is so unstable that it can tumbled if not placed correctly. Guests don’t know that ..... the table can be positioned only in one direction else it would be fatal . Exactly that happened n my 5 yr had fracture in her fingers . There is no emergency first aid available at hotel as at that duration the entire staff was busy attending the guest view heavy booking rush Again Not a Hyatt property for sure

Kidszone facility was nearly zero. You need to increase facilities to keep kids happy, or declare as non-kids hotel or declare as a business hotel only.

I wasted 11k bucks on this property in one day. Not even one person I interacted with behaved in a hospitable manner. so basically i didnt like this place at all and i would not recommend this place to anyone.

I checked in with two friends on 11th of June, 2022. I requested for triple occupancy upfront and paid 2500 on top for the room fare (we did not get the extra bed in the room, even after calling the reception multiple times). The room's AC was barely working. We had set the temperature to 10 degrees, but even with closed curtains room temperature was fluctuating between 26 and 27 degrees. There are no activities to look forward to on the property. It only has table tennis and carrom board. Gym was closed. You can not order from bar in the pool area. ICE BUCKETS ARE CHARGEABLE with super slow service. Reception folks couldn't keep track of the rooms service orders. I got multiple calls from reception, asking for payment of order, which I didn't place. I want to call out few name of the staff RAMA from reception (talked in a non friendly way, probably completed his degree during pandemic, staying at home), Sooraj Chauhan (in house room service) informed me that ice buckets are chargeable. Never heard of it, at least not in my experience. Last but not the least, SUMAN CHANCHAL, another front desk person, who didn't have a clue about how to talk in hospitality industry. I had to tone down my voice while talking to these guys to avoid making scene because there were other families. Also, if you want to smuggle in anything, you can. They don't stop anything, even if they see it in the baggage check process.

The staff was a bit slow, i wanted to surprise my husband for his birthday with decoration of our suite but there was major miscommunication and it wasn't done which was disappointing. But they compensated us by sending a delicious cake and apologised which we appreciate!

The rooms were very spacious

Staff didn't know much around the hotel and the front desk staff took 10-15 mins for checkin procedures and didn't even escort us to the lift or told us about where the restaurant was... We had to figure it out by ourselves

Room service, restaurant, break fast Service was extremely poor, not even a dhaba standard. For example - I ordered food in night, after 45 minutes to my shock I was told there is no order. Breakfast had a waiting of 30 minutes, never seen before in a hyatt regency. This location is really spoiling Hyatt brand name
