It was nice. We have stayed in several different B & Bs on same road. They are all very good, this was more expensive.

There was nothing to dislike except the room above us could be heard, drawers opening, tv etc. They were early risers too. I know that can't be helped.

Lovely Gillian is the perfect host in this very clean and tidy guesthouse in a great location very close to North Bay and Peasholm Park. She was extremely welcoming, making sure that everyone had everything they needed and provided a most delicious breakfast each morning. I had a single room with a comfortable bed and a very good shower. All measures were in place for current restrictions. It was lovely not to have children running around and my stay was enjoyable and peaceful. Thank you so much, Gillian. I will be back!

The breakfast was lovely and the staff we’re very helpful we we’re also not very far from the sea front hopefully in the near future when all the kid’s have gone back to school we can visit again x

Good location

We were met at the door by the owner Gillian who made us feel very welcome , she was friendly and explained all we needed to know. Room was very clean and tidy and had a really comfy large bed, breakfast was excellent and there was more than enough on offer to eat, cooked breakfast well cooked and nice and hot . This guest house is within walking distance of all amenities and we would definitely return. Thanks for a lovely stay Gillian .
