This was the second time we’ve stayed at the Palm Court,And both times has been lovely, Location to the town and beach is close, All staff very friendly and helpful.

Great location and free secure parking.

Room was very warm even with the windows open. Seagulls were a nightmare but that is expected, will take ear plugs next time haha.

Good breakfasts, great location, clean room.

piped music constantly playing throughout the bar and restuarant areas. Volume was too loud and difficult to hold a conversation in the bar. I asked if the volume could be turned down but was refused. As a result we chose to eat and drink elsewhere for all of our stay.

it’s period features as in stair case, coving etc breakfast was tasty staff friendly

it needs a lot of TLC. Needs redecorating everywhere (wallpaper falling off bedroom ceiling, new bedroom doors that ain’t even fire doors painted white but nowhere else so skirting boards are yellow) communal stair case dirty, staff cupboards being left open day and night. over kill with leaflets

Staff are excellent, brilliant service and friendly, Breakfast really good except toast is more like warm bread, but everything else really good, location is excellent for our needs, parking easy and free a real plus

We have stayed before and this time room was really small and single beds narrow felt a little cramped.

Liked the place. Convenient parking.

Didn't like the room and the bathroom. Does not match the price with modern hotels. Occupied rooms in need of repair.

Been to palm court several times and never dissapointed. Lovely friendly staff, very clean, food great.

Found out on arrival if we had booked through Palm Court directly we could have enjoyed 3 nights for the price of 2 plus a free glass of champagne. Never mind this time although very dissapointed we missed the offer.

A lovely large, well decorated and very clean room (Room 12), nice big bathroom with White stuff toiletries. Breakfast was exceptional with loads of choice and the cooked breakfast was amazing!!! All toiletries were fully replaced after the first night. Location was great, so central to Scarborough. Staff were very helpful and very polite.

Better pillows as ours were too flat but not worth complaining about.

There wasn’t very much to not like although our room, 20, was right next to the stairs and lift and we got a lot of noise from other residents passing and from the bar opposite, Dickens, until late. overall a fab stay

Breakfast was hot and plenty of it, nice to see the fruit salad was freshly made Parking was a big bonus , plenty of spaces and free Nice relaxing lounge for coffee and cake Definitely staying again in the future

Good location.

Cold, radiator didn’t work. Pub across the road is open until 01:30am and is ridiculously loud.
