Nice large rooms.

There is a dining table, a microwave, and no cutlery to est your food unless you use a teaspoon. Why would you have a dining table without the equipment to eat.

Very friendly Reception and cleaning staff. King bed was sooo comfortable. So close to all restaurants etc and beach all within walking distance. Will definitely return.

Great location, although I requested ocean view room & the balcony had ‘glimpses’ of the water at best.

The property is extremely run down & dated. I did not find it particularly clean although the staff did their very best to rectify the situation.

The location is excellent being near shops and restaurants etc and so close to the sea. Most of all the hotel is very quiet and a good nights sleep is easy to have!!!

Nothing apart from the mattresses in our room were at the end of their life nut still okay.

monkey mia is a world class destination. even without the dolphins and wildlife it’s beyond compare.

Given that Monkey Mia attracts half a million visitors a year, the food should be better and there should be a better shop. also I hate that it’s ok that the same wildlife that is celebrated at MM is acceptable to be sacrificed on the road to MM. we saw one live kangaroo and at least 15 killed ones on the road. the resort needs to advocate for lower speed limits and a less wasteful approach to wildlife in order to get there. I kept hearing from people that “we have too many kangaroos anyway”. imagine saying that about sharks, dolphins or old people! The dolphin feeding experience is good overall although a bit patronising. people do not need 4wd to get there and camping is not necessary. you should expand the ways to stay for normal people like more of your superb rooms and more air travellers.

Had a speedbump with our room allocation that was quickly sorted out with an upgrade to an ocean view room. After that, everything went well. Great service, hotel staff exceptionally good and very friendly. Hotel was right on the main street, so absolutely everything was easy to find and access.

Room allocation was not as advertised, so we had to work through that, but everything else was terrific. Pool could also possibly be heated, it was quite cold when we tried it.
