Geräumiges Zimmer mit sehr effizienter Klimaanlage. Funktionale Küchenzeile. Lage direkt am Meer, ohne Bademöglichkeit. Vom Personal habe ich niemanden gesehen. Die mir zugeteilte Zimmernummer war an der geschlossenen Rezeption (Notfall-Telefonnummer war angegeben) angeschlagen. Der Schlüssel lag im Zimmer - so geht es auch.

Ziemlich einfaches Bad. Um das Haus herum Baugebiet ohne Lärm. Lage etwas abseits des Ortskerns, dafür sehr leise.

The location and the spacious living room

Check in at 9 am, there is no one around and the person in charge is super rude

The location was perfect. The was plenty of room in the apartment and it had plenty equipment such as plates and cutlery. It also had a new smart TV. We did not use the pool as it was not the right weather for it but it looked very clean. There were also outside BBQ's and a pizza oven that looked well locked after.

There was a hole in the wall behind the door where there was no a door stop. The apartment was somewhat clean, however, there was someone else's hair in the shower, there were dead flies in the light in the bathroom. The bathroom fan did not work. Also in one of the bedrooms the light did not work so we could not use this. This was not a problem for us as there were only two of us. Check in could have been better as there was no actual check in. Our key was just left in the room with the apartment open when we got there. There was a list on the front with everyone's name and what apartment they were in.

Position to the tourist attractions we traveled to see.

This property is very worn and basic. I don’t mind basic as long as it is clean and comfortable. Forward communication gave rules of the of Financial Penalties if the property was not left clean. Despite this, when we opened the door we were overwhelmed with the foul smell of fish, crockery in the kitchen was encrusted with food particles, drinking glasses were greasy, cutlery also encrusted with food and shelves of cupboards dirty and greasy. Obviously housekeeping is very basic.

Easy access to the roads and beach. Space was comfortable and has everything.

The tone for the rules made you wonder if previous guests were a bit rude.

Arrived and only one room was mentioned on sheet on door, when 2 rooms had been booked. Had no phone signal to contact the number given on the back of the door in the room and ended up speaking to a lovely man next door to the complex who rang the owners and we were then told what number the other room was. We had, had a long journey so it was disappointing and worrying to find only one room mentioned.
