L'emplacement pas loin de Strasbourg.
Le sol de la chambre était extrêmement sale, on a dû le nettoyer avec des lingettes désinfectantes.

The man staff was soo helpful and friendly.

The beds are comfortable. The room was clean. It matches the need for bed and breakfast. Good value for money in our specific case. Easy to get there by tram (less than 10 mins from the center - blue line)
The structure is old. The room is tied, especially the bathroom - it is a challenge for a family like ours: 2 adults and two small children. Even thought it can be good value for money it is still expensive for what it offers.

The pictures says it all. Cleanliness and maintenance of the room 1 star.

Good distance from Strasbourg
It is easy to access to central city of Strasbourg with tram.
Hotel receptionists were not there around 11am.

The rooms get the job done, the bed was comfy and the room was clean.
The bathroom was not really a highlight, but it did work.
3.3
The receptionist was very friendly but almost never at the front desk to help.Tragic
Just damn terrible, place looks like it has never been cleaned. Bushes a around the hotel, poorly cleaned rooms, uncomfortable bed. I know you are probably considering this hotel because it is cheap and you don't mind, but trust me it's NOT WORTH IT

The hotel is not as it is shown on photos

The hotel was right in front of a Tram stop.
The worst hotel I've stayed in Europe. My family and I stayed at the B&B Hotel for 4 nights, the nightmare started right after check in when we found out that the elevator doesn't work and our room was in a 4th floor, which is not easy on my 62 years old mom. Once we get to the room it smells a lot like cigarettes, and it smelled the same through out the entire stay (Noticed so much dust in the A/C unit, clearly hasn't been cleaned in ages). The front desk guy convinced us to buy in advance the breakfast, which is €8.50 per person per day, it seemed like a good deal since the front desk guy described an amazing breakfast which had about half of the things he said. So on the second day I decided to go and cancel the remaining 2 breakfast, there was another front desk guy and said that in the system only appears 3 so he can only reimburse for 1 more, I told him I don't care what the system says, I paid for 4, I have a receipt for 4, and it's been two days, after arguing for 25 minutes we diceded that they needed the money more than we do so we just let them take advantage of us. Overall the staff is not friendly, the hotel desperately needs maintenance and please don't fall for the breakfast scam.

The location is fantastic, the parking is spacious and relatively safe (eventhough the parking door is not closing at night),the tram stop at 50m (10min from city center). It was very clean, they were cleaning the room and changing towels every day. There is a super market at 700m (2 tram stops) that was cool,a gas station at 20m, that was useful too. Above all the reseptionist (the middle aged one with the mustache) who found my bank card in the corridor and brought her to me,thank you stranger..
Upon my arrival (after 10 hrs driving) they discovered a mistake in my reservation(i dont know what ,because i had the confirmation mail from booking and it was all right)! To make things even worst, the lady at the reception couldn't speak english to sort it out.I had to call a friend back home (Greece) to translate in french...Eventually they gave me a room with a twin bed for a 3 persons family..and they charged me 33€ for my son..We were to tired to argue and we took the deal.Eventually we were so exhausted every day (20km walking..) and the bed issue didn't trouble us.The elevator was broken down all the 5 days that we stayed. The building is old, clean but need to be renovated and soon (at room 119 the toilet seat was unglued and shaking for christ sake..)

Nothing
Although it was written on the booking page that the hotel has free parking, when we arrived at the hotel late at night, the door of the car park was locked. After calling the hotel many times, someone picked up the phone and said they have free parking place but who come first got the parking spaces. My car stopped on the sidewalk and I asked what I could do. She told me I could look for parking in the back streets. I said that I did not want to search for a parking place, that I would enter the hotel to cancel my reservation. There was no one at the reception. I waited for a while and called again. The receptionist came and threw the keys on the table. She shouted at me and said, "Because you asked, I canceled your reservation." I asked for a confirmation of the cancellation, because the payment was taken from my Paypal account. She said she wouldn't give confirmation, slamming his hand on the table. I slammed my hand on the table and told her not to talk like that. She said she had the right to behave this way because I was a rude person. When I phoned for the first time, because I started talking without saying hello and said that I was being rude and that I deserved her behavior. She said there was actually another parking space in the back, but she didn't tell me that because I didn't deserve it. I said that when I first phoned,my car was on the wilkside and I spoke quickly because I wanted to get into the parking lot as soon as possible. She continued to insult. I said that they don't even deserve the 6 they got as a review point on Booking. I hope I can get my money back. This hotel is not worth a cent. Never go.

Breakfast was good given the price. Staff was welcoming and eager to solve the problems they created for themselves and the guests. Vacant parking all the time. Very close to Tram B and 15 min to public pool. After kind request, we were swiftly given linen and towels for all persons we had payed for.
We were given wrong codes for the rooms, the rooms were not fully cleaned. We were first given an occupied room. Door code panels were worn and caused problems. Elevator worked most of the time after a few tries.
