There was no breakfast

No air conditioning that I could find on very hot day. Almost no information for finding food or place to eat on a Sunday.

We liked the spacious and secure apartment. The inclusion of a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner was helpful. Initially, the apartment was in a quiet location. Unfortunately, Canberra has major roadworks being implemented which meant there was noise all night for at least two nights.

I was disappointed in the level of cleanliness. The interior of both the fridge and the microwave needed to be wiped clean before they could be used. I found long, black hairs left in the washing machine, in the kitchen and on the bedroom carpet.

Comfortable bed, plenty of lighting, spacious balcony, quiet community. Just like at home, you can get everything you need for your daily life. I also enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna at M, which relaxed me from the day.

Didn't figure out how the bedroom window opens and may need repairs, which resulted in a little poor ventilation in the bedroom, but it was okay for an autumn night.

Very spacious and inexpensive. Nice building close to heaps of stuff

No instructions had been sent to us before we arrived. We had to look around to find the office which was empty. We came back later and they knew nothing about us, but were very friendly and got everything sorted quickly enough. Main problem was the TV reception - the old school rabbit ears had to be constantly fiddled with.

good location & clear communication from management for access and key safe etc. Clean room with kitchen and laundry & all cleaning tools available.

fire alarm was glad wrapped up (unsure if this was by previous tenants or whether there was an issue with it), shower head was very aggressive with how it dispersed water (probably due for an update) I was surprised there was no coffee/tea/milk in the room either.

Central location, quite no traffic noise. Clean and tidy

Do not stay here. The apartment was dirty. Stained bedding. Crockery needed to be washed before use. Furnishings were old, worn & stained. The shower had mold. I left after one night and I'm still trying to get my money refunded. I'm unsure why Booking.com is listing a property that doesn't meet basic hygiene standards.
