Noisy - not the trains (which are very close), but delivery trucks and emergency services vehicles.

The location was perfect for us at the railway station. Convenient to the city and the sites. Huge selection for breakfast and good option for HH reward members with free day pass on public transport.

Up selling of early check-in. Either do it for free if available. If not don't offer at a charge.

Room was clean, comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. Unlike some other reviewers I did get tea and coffee making facilities in my room. Great location literally round the corner from the main station. I got given the free City Ticket when I dropped off my baggage, which was really helpful.

Localisation and hotel staff.

Small shower (but it was very clean and well made and it's size was the only downside). Breakfast was a bit disappointing in case of variety of options, scrambled eggs were tasteless, but other aspects were fine.

This hotel feels brand new, very modern and spotlessly clean, the bedroom was spacious and everything you expect a capital city centre hotel to be. The staff on reception were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They even gave us free city transport tickets for us to use during our stay. We only stayed the one night, and due to leaving early the next morning we didnt have the breakfast, the location of the hotel couldnt be better, a two minute walk to Berlin main railway station. The area around the hotel was safe even late at night, a thoroughly great nights stay.

The hotel has a perfect location, as it is situated almost at the Central Railways Station. I should mention that if you are coming by train, look for the exit to WashingtonPlatz, otherwise it is not so close. My room was nice, soundproof with thick curtains, so I managed to sleep normally. After reading other comments I was expecting a super soft bed, but mine was normally so I was able to rest well. I found the breakfast very good: there were savory and sweet things, fruits, coffee, tea, everything but normal natural water. I like the place and if I am back to Berlin, I know where I will be staying.

I missed a kettle in the room, as it was freezing outside and a cup of hot tea before sleeping would be very welcomed. I went to the bar twice but, unbelievable, the bar was closed on Sunday evening!

What's not to like there. Really, probably the best hotel room I had, and it's not the first time I had a room at this price level of hotels.

the property is close to the station, the room and place in general was clean and comfortable. the breakfast was very good with a wide selection.

Extra fee was asked to pay a check out time because Check in at 12:58(15:00 is official time). This was really the first time! Bed is too small. In description it say queen size but only 1.6m.

staff at the reception were correct but not friendly. I asked how to get to one place and the girl was talking to her college and I was waiting for her replay. And in the end I got a paper with the direction from google maps, how to get there by transport. No comment - right answer to my question. But I have google maps, om my phone I am not quite good at maps. I expected personal answer with maybe some tips how to get there by foot. I was with a child ( 4 y.o) and was looking for a playground. In conclusion I will say everything was good and correct, standard, but it would be great with some individual approach.
