Zimmer war entgegen unserer Erwartungen sehr sauber. Ausstattung bis auf eine der beiden Matratzen gut. Check-In easy. Lage war für unser Vorhaben super, die Straße und Gegend ist sehr ruhig und kinderfreundlich, wie familienfreundlich.

Licht und Abluft im innenliegenden Bad hat nicht funktioniert. Herd ging nicht. Lag beides an der Sicherung, die aufgrund eines Kurzschluss immer wieder raus ist. Personal war keines erreichbar und E-Mails wurden ignoriert und nicht beantwortet. Eine der zwei Matratzen war eine absolute Katastrophe. Man hat jede einzelne Metallfeder der Matratze und den darunter befindlichen Lattenrost gespürt. Wenn das behoben wird, ist das Appartement eine super Unterkunft aber so, leider gar nicht!

I liked the neighborhood; it was very pleasant with lots of nice cafés and bars. There are also some playgrounds for kids nearby.

The apartment was not very nice, with cheap furniture and fixtures, some stuff broken like the toilet flush and light bulbs. More importantly, it was not clean at all. The bathroom was actually really dirty, the sheets did not smell clean and our socks turned grey from all the dust on the floor. In the corners, there was a lot of dust and dead insects, like nobody had cleaned in a while.

electric kettle was dirty and not working, kitchen tap wasn't working well, pan missing also, so was a bit challenging to cook.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location, a short walk from both the metro and bus stop. Supermarkets and various shops are within walking distance. The room was very bright and cozy, with everything you need to stay even a week.

The inside of the bedside lamps were full of dust as was the back of the TV. The bed was not a double bed, as I have seen in the various photos, but two single beds pushed together, leaving some considerable empty space.

quiet neighborhood, convenient to public transportation, great baked goods nearby, as well as good grocery stor (2 blocks away). Good shower.

Floor tiles are shaking and loose. Owner is requested to fix it. Rest all is well. Good for a short trip.
