Ordentlich, gepflegt … mehr aber auch nicht

Das Frühstück war katastrophal. 15 Euro für ein nicht essbares Frühstück. Ein Stapel Aufschnitte und Brot. Das war’s. Und natürlich nicht am 2. und 3. Tag stornierbar. Nie wieder.

Die Lage war super, in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße direkt in Schöneberg. Das Zimmer war komfortabel, modernes Bad, moderne Einrichtung und bequemes Bett.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Das würde ich bei der nächsten Buchung vermeiden wollen. Die Fenster des Zimmers gingen in den Innenhof, der auch als Raucherhof für die Gäste genutzt werden kann.

Everything was good except the fact that the room was too small although the pictures in the booking.com have shown a larger room. I was shocked really. Overall, the room was great and I enjoyed my stay there.

- i could not figure out how to use the lights. It went off every 10min. I contacted the staff via whatsapp. He replied me promptly, even called me and visited the room in-person to solve it. The problem was not solved but the lights were going off every 20min, sometimes it stays constantly on. No clue what was that but staff was nice and attentive. The lights were not a major issue for me because I visited in May, light hours were long. - no air con. It was kinda stuffy and warm, so i opened the windows. I stayed on the second floor and the windows had no restrainer of any sorts so I closed them before i slept. Warm but bearable for me (this was May 2023). - the lounge area was nice and there was complementary water, which were not made known to me… I wish I knew beforehand because I visited on the Whit weekend and supermarkets were closed, so I was anxious when I was running low on bottled water.

Private, quiet, and comfortable, with the perfect amount of space for my needs. Everything was clean and well-maintained. I like the efficiency of the ideas, even if they aren't working perfectly in practice.

The check-in is fairly confusing for the average person, and this could easily be improved, so it shows a little lack of consideration that the management doesn't fix it. There is also a movement sensor and some other LED lights, one of which blinks super brightly constantly, without stopping. It made it very difficult to sleep. I suggest an eye mask, for sure.

Very comfortable beds. Walking distance too kurfürstendamm. Clean rooms. Quiet hallways.

The only thing i wish the hotel would offer is mini fridges in the room.

Stressful start - no staff at check in - took 2 hours to check in and out details / booking references no breakfast option despite having the option online - were told that someone would call us to discuss breakfast but no one did we were told we could take water from free in the small lounge but the cabinet with the water was locked leak in the bathroom but dealt with quickly

I stayed for one night and I liked the size of the room-quite specious,bed were comfortable,water pressure in shower good enough,it was also warm even with open window(which I always leave open).Especially I want to put out coffee in lobby which were available for free-good one!

I didn’t like that the price were not included with city tax and pvn,didn’t know that before I make a reservation,also didn’t like a shower gel-felt not good enough!There wasn’t opportunity to charge the phone beside the bed,closest electricity switch were beside the door!

Not very guests friendly, the self check in wasn’t easy because only specific versions of the documents (electronic, with chip) were accepted, the supported languages were only two. The room is very small, not worth the price.
